I believe camera angle was 15° the camera stays locked at the degree chosen in manual mode you can adjust this during flight. Check the freestyle video.

Awesome flying!! Can the Avata 2 be also flown like the normal Mini 3/4's? Also does it have the Active Track features present in the Traditional drones?

It can fly like Mavic in normal mode, but no features like active track, only RTH.

Thanks, It can be flown normally but defies the point of it being acrobatic, doesn't have these features, only photo mode which I will cover eventually. Each drone has its purpose

This was with the RC3. You cannot dive bomb with the Motion Controller

We are super lucky to have such lax rules with drones here with Transport Canada. Basically 0 regulations with sub 250g drones except flying in Class F airspace and restricted notams. Other then that no height, VLOS or flying over people or cars. Use good judgement and dont be stupid to likely cause injury. Just did a range test here in Peterborough with the mini 2 se that I just got a few weeks ago. My first ever drone.

The rules will be changing soon, I really do hope they adopt EU C1 labels like every country should would make things a lot easier for everyone

@@DimmyV Yeah I dont think things will be changing with micro sub 250g drones. My Cousin inlaw is actually the one working on new drone regulations for transport Canada.

This isn’t a sub 250 g drone, the avata 2 is around 377 g! I also have one myself, are we allowed to fly this way?

Will be covering this in this weeks video, in short this can't be achieved with the motion controller you need to be in full manual mode.

@VIPER401 yeah that’s a good one but haven’t used. Not sure how their tutorials are. DRL is great for beginners. TRYPFPV is fun but not great for beginners
