Sorry I missed this. Been away for awhile. I HAVE NOT USED THE START/STOP button in awhile! Oh man, I have no idea. Have u found out? I'll KIV this. Will need to test out. But for configuration, you just need to get into the controls menu and assign the 3 way switch on the right as start/stop. Note, you can only start the motors if the throttle is brought down to 0. Hi, you make some interesting videos on Avata that nobody here in Italy makes....congratulations. Too bad I don't know English well but at least I understand the meaning of what you are saying. I wanted to ask you if it will be possible for you to explain the START/STOP button on the remote controller, because it works on the simulator but "live" it doesn't work for me in any of the three modes (Normal, sport and manual). Oh my, I actually fly mostly Manual on the Avata. Will try it out soon. It should still be cruise control, which was available on the DJI FPV. But it is activated only in Sport Mode. If you see this comment, give it a try first. I'll try it in a flight tomorrow.

In theory, YES it will stop and hover in its tracks. But will all machines, there are conditions and limitations. Pressing Pause, WILL throw it into Normal mode and try to hover in place, but it depends if you still have height clearance for the drone to do this job. There will be momentum, and the drone may not have enough thrust to stop it from hitting ground 0. So actually how we DIY pilots do it, is have a steady structure to dive from, and practice recoveries. No Pause button here. Lets assume you do a dive from an ABANDONED building, with no persons around and safety for others considered, you could start from the 10th floor, and recover from the dive half way through and get closer to the ground. Get to where you could do as late as possible a recovery, knowing that if you push any more than that, a crash is sure to happen. That would be the absolute limit within comfort of yourself, and safety of the drone. I think that would be a good way to start, instead of relying on the pause button.

Hi, nice to hear from you again! Well for the UI, also known as OSD (on-screen display), I have my Android phone plugged in to the Goggles 2. The DJI Fly App will launch and also reflect what is shown from the Avata. You can follow that process in this episode: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ebJkh6p3qsjDnX0.html As for the hand movement, I have a DJI Action 3 mounted on my transmitter and capturing the stick movements. The view is then inserted in editing. Hope that helps!

I was learning to fly at 28 / 29 degrees ups. my flights where pretty good should I stay,ow down ?

Oh not at all! Actually if you are already comfy there, u can stay on it as a general setting. BUT also try other angles, and eventually try chase scenes. Observe the flight, as some high angles may prove too fast to tail the subject and end up overshooting. So you may want to lower it. On the other hand, some low-to-ground sweeping scenes may not be dynamic enough at a slow speed, and you may want to fly at faster speeds. Review your footage, and decide what works for you, as eventually the scene will be the deciding factor of what cam angle to use. Hope that makes sense. Sorry I missed this. Rated for 18mins, but I dont practice stretching that. Usually by 30% remaining, I'd fly closer ranges and may even land. This preserves the batt overall lifespan by not over discharging and also makes for faster charging the next round. Id say that would be about 12-15mins. For comparison, DIY FPV drones will fly about 3-5mins. So the Avata has better flight times overall.

Bro can we charge Avata Battery with a 65wats Laptop charger? Can we Calibrate drone?

65w is too much, so i'd say no you cant. Because the included battery charging base will only take in 9v x 5a, max 15v x 3a. Either way, thats 45w. So a 65w charger will burn the base. For drone calibration, you can get into the goggles under Settings/Safety/Compass Calibration or IMU Calibration.
