So, you want a cinema drone? that provides great details, and higher resolution, vivid colors, a pretty good transmission range to shoot your next film, or just your bumpy adventures, the Mavic 3 from DJI is right there for you. DJI Mavic series has always been the go-to drone when you want professional grade aerial footage, great battery life, advanced sensors - all in a compact form factor. And, with each new iteration, DJI actually has exceeded our expectations. With the last Mavic 3 series, however, DJI introduced a new zoom lens, which was no less than a bummer. Though it seemed functional at first glance, the image that you get through the tele lens is close to unusable. So, still, there are some boxes to tick for DJI, and with these little improvements, DJI can create the most advanced drone for aerial cinema making. So, today we will talk about the upcoming DJI Mavic 4 Pro and its expected features.

But the picture quality of Mavic 3 is very small compared with air2s far from reaching 4/3 bottom + Hasselblad color science to 1 inch bottom + non-Hasselblblad color science crushing (2 times the photosensitive area). The core is that IMX272, a CMOS does not support stack and BSI (IMX383 of 2s IMX383 supports stack and BSI), and the improvement of the photosensitive capacity of the stack + BSI can be up to 80%, so the actual photosensitive capacity is increased by less than 20%, and the quality of CMOS components has no qualitative improvement, so even if there is supported by Hasselblad in post-processing, it does not open a particularly big gap.

And all of the current 48MP DJI drone cameras are quad bayer sensors, so it's basically a 12MP Sensor divided in 4. That allows the manufacturer to multiply the 12MP sensor by the 4 quadrants, giving the false 48MP. It uses pixel binning to get an ok photo.

We need a “Mavic Ultra”.. use a Matrice 30 body but with photo/video centric features.. use the leftover super 35 X7 sensors from the inspire 2 but with a fixed 24mm lens and have 6k in place of the m43’s 5.1k.. it will fit the huge price point gap between the Mavic Cine and the Inspire 3, say $9,995 with fly more kit.. call it the “ultra” because DJI likes using Apple names and packaging. That will setup the next couple years for more attachments for an Enterprise edition release. Maybe even add a slot for SSD’s.. you could even debut 6k/120 on it.. you have every feature known to man but we need more innovation in the image quality and sensor dept

Realse date is presume to be in late 2024 and 2025, take into consideration the waiting time and you might need to wait 1 year for the Mavic 4 Pro

After watching this video, I have cancelled my Mavic 3 Pro RC Pro Cine order and now waiting for Mavic 4 pro!!

Until certain media platforms allow uploading of high resolution all this new tech is worthless. Sad as most think you have to upgrade to a new drone to access all these features. I film daily using just a Mini 2. 3rd party apps such as Maven, Maven lite, as well as Litchi changed the game years ago. They offer all the new tricks that have been available for years. Who needs a good zoom when you have a drone? Unless you are filming for Big screen....wooopee.

I hope they Upgrade de 166mm camera. better image quality and sensor size. Maybe even a 200mm instead of 166mm.

The only thing the Mavic4 Pro needs to do is be under 900g and be affordable.

Affordable? If you want an affordable drone go for the mini 4 pro, the mavic 4 pro is for commercial pilots not hobbyists.

@@hqund7816 I currently got the mini 3 pro, the Autel Nano+ and a FIMI X8SE. I definitely use the mini3 most. However, I miss the stability of my old Air2. Should have bought the Air2S when noone thought it would get C1 and prices were low 😅. Guess it will be the Air3 then sooner or later. The C2 of the Mavic3Pro basically kills it for me. Therefore I stay with my Word: Mavic4Pro should be under 900g.

The wide camera on the Mavic 3 is definitely better than the Air3....particularly in low light...mavic 3 raw files beat the Air hands down.

Soooo wrong. The Dji Mavic 3 has better quality photos as it has a bigger and better quality sensor so even if the air 3 has "48 mp" it can't be compared to the Mavic 3's sensor as the air 3 does not have true 48 mp.

The Mavic 3 photos are way better than the Air 3 to the degree that I sold the Air 3, it was pretty usless at photos! Even my Air 2s takes better photos than the Air 3 so yea, this video is completly wrong!
