On another note on the building being built you can see what appears to be its elevator shaft!

Under the crane? That's interesting.

It looks like it is across from the crane a little off to the side you can see all this metal being put together. I think it's the elevator shaft for that end of the building and they will put one on the other end as well it's a long building and they will need an elevator at each end. Pima County said the developer Bourn they could build up to 10-story buildings so it's really going to be interesting to see how high the developer builds out these first six buildings! Plus they are going to build a big parking structure, and six detached restaurant type buildings with phase one construction!
