I've been using the Osmo Pocket 3 for a few weeks now and I'm still amazed by the quality of the footage. It's so clear and smooth, and the colors are so accurate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great camera.

The Pocket 2 is still great, I love it for the size, it’s more pocketable. However, with a bigger sensor and updated tracking system, you can’t deny the Pocket 3. I’ll keep both with the Pocket 2 being my backup device. I’m now just waiting for the Pocket 3 to come back in stock! 😩

the biggest difference is the price, i just got the used a 2 comb for $200 while it is $649 for 3 comb.

The low light quality is amazing, but size difference is considerable. I’m bringing both on my vacation to hawaii

Is the difference considerable though? The P3 is only about 0.63 inches longer and a tiny bit thicker and wider. And 179 grams isn't heavy... only 6.3 ounces. You could probably notice the difference if you use the P2 and P3 back to back. But the P3 is small enough to where you can easily get used to it. I don't think people using the P3 will ever think 'wow this thing is too big'.

Pocket 2 have half inch sensor and when you are moving camera left and right pocket 2 is keeping horizotal when pocket 3 is not keeping horizontal and need to be reecentered

Both are pretty good quality. P3 can record up to 4k/120 while the P2 does up to 4k/60.

Great question! The Osmo Pocket 3 is powered by an internal battery, however, you can easily extend your creative time with the Osmo Pocket 3 Battery Handle attachment which extends operating time by 60%!

Hi there, the Osmo Pocket 3 is not waterproof. For a waterproof alternative, we would suggest the Osmo Action series, such as the Osmo Action 4. The Osmo Action 4 is waterproof up to 18m!
