I'm familiar with that, I like that it had a cold shoe, however, I avoided it for the following reasons: I wanted the smallest package, I wanted the gopro tongue, ability to stand on it's own, and 1/4 20 on the bottom. Unfortunately due to the design of the camera, I would have to make a compromise and cover up the USB-C port. Battery extension, any extension, is not super necessary, the battery life of this device is very good, the case itself is much better to hold than the extension. Would love a cold shoe, however that's not imperative, I have a ulanzi small tripod that has a cold shoe on the head.

I believe they are shipping them in batches as they are produced and will only list them as in stock once they got a much bigger batch. I preordered the official DJI adapter in early November and got it at the end of November. So it does exist, but it seems like for now, you'll need to preorder it to be in the next batch, which seems to come in mid February. A somewhat odd practice, but I've seen the exact same thing happen with the Elgato Prompter, which probably won't really be "in stock" (as in available for getting one within a day or so) for another couple months or so.

I have the DJI version... All I want is basically the same thing with folding GoPro mounts. I swear the best part of buying these devices is chasing down accessories! I'm easily over $150 in add on junk! Hahaha!
