P Mode is "Position" mode, not picture

It's been several years but I just purchased the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom smart controller. I have seen a number of unboxing videos of people getting theirs and they would get in the box a USB-C cable and a Power Adaptor. When I got mine last week there wasn't a power adaptor. DJI told me they don't include it. It seems when you pay this much for a Smart Controller you could at least put in a $5.00 power adaptor wouldn't you ?

The first thing I figure out when I see this controller is how expensive this controller is. Is it really worth it?

Personally, I prefer the smart controller over using my phone in the standard controller. More efficient and user friendly.

The SC smart controller has been discontinued, but you CAN use the RC smart controller or the RC PRO smart controller.

Chris, I'm having a problem downloading video from my Smart Controller to my PC, the screen videos that I take of each flight. I thought the way you do it is to connect a male to male usb-a cable from the SC to my PC, but in Win10 Device Manager the SC isn't showing. (If I connect my Android phone to my PC it shows a device and I can download anything from phone to PC, easy peasy). I downloaded the DJI Assistant 2 to my PC, ran it's .exe setup which put an icon on my desktop. I opened that and it indicates that I should plug in the the usb-a to the PC but when I do, nothing happens. Is this the correct way to download? Thanks for the help, Bo

Bo, sorry for the delayed response. The method you are attempting SHOULD work. Personally, I have never had success connecting an aircraft or smart controller with the DJI Assistant 2 on a windows based computer. Alternate methods for file/media transfer would include SD Card transfer from SC to computer, or Bluetooth file transfer from SC to computer. Feel free to reach out directly with questions.
