Amanda Jay it could gives you a heart attack if you drink to much of both or to much of one because your are not supposed to mix a upper (caffeine) and a downer (codeine)

you can mix uppers and downers lol that is a myth that it is dangerous. the issue is that most people speedball with heroin and coke, and the coke can reduce the effect of the heroin and make you able to do more than your body can take without the respiratory depression, then when the coke wears off, you are left with the lethal dose of heroin without the coke to combat it. for like 2 or 3 years i used to do meth so i could get up and do stuff or not fall asleep when i was addicted to morphine.
