Part 9: • DL Hughley: Derek Chau...
Part 7: • DL Hughley on Intervie...
Part 1: • DL Hughley on Diddy Se...
--------
DL Hughley recently shared his opinion on the recent media frenzy surrounding Jada Pinkett-Smith. During the conversation with Vlad, he criticized the actress for allegedly focusing too much on her past relationships with famous men such as Tupac Shakur. Hughley feels that Pinkett's narratives overshadow her own accomplishments and experiences. He questions the lack of weight given to her own perspective in her storytelling, which seems to be centered more on the famous men in her life. Furthermore, he critiques the salacious and controversial allegations Pinkett frequently makes, suggesting that her credibility may be getting compromised. Hughley closes by stating that Pinkett, a talented woman with substantive life experiences worth discussing, should not let her stories about male celebrities dominate her narrative.

I I gotta say, she isn't the one just coming out with this. Interviewers who have read the book are asking her the questions about the these topics. She isn't just bringing it up.

I’m not even a huge Jada fan but I’m enjoying her book. To say that her entire book is about 2Pac & Will Smith is false & anyone who says that obviously hasn’t read it. She’s very transparent & honest about her journey in the book, both good & bad. I’m taking a lot of lessons from her book & Will’s book was just as insightful.

@@navagnaes4225 it starts out slow, but when it gets to her teen years it becomes very interesting. I’m enjoying it. I’ve read Will’s book as well, they’re both extremely transparent & self critical which shows us how they got to the point where they’re are now. Great read.

@@aya9af I don't know what Naz saw, but about a month ago somebody put a pretend movie from the 1940s in black & white that did the whole will/chris/jada thing. It looked like the "blueprint" but it was just a joke clip. Grainy film, scratches and lines to look old.
