This mod adds the current roster of DLC characters to the game's All-Star Battle Mode, regardless of whether you have personally bought the DLC or not. Alternate Diego Brando will be added once v1.7.0 releases.

This is probably the best ASBR mod so far, since it not only changes aesthetic or sound aspects, but also adds new content to the game, I think it is the only mod that does that, does anyone know if there is another mod that adds new content ?

There are lots of mods that add costumes and stuff to the game, yeah, like the Jonathan and Joseph Definitive Costume Packs.
