He was actually saying that when they don't want to eat but still have to(approx. every two hours) he wishes he could just open up his stomach and put the food in like 'filling shelves" instead of reluctantly taking the time to chew and eat all of it

He was saying that sometimes you have no appetite but need to eat and those times he would like to open his stomach and just put the food inside.

basically these guys train and get fed protein nased broth (russias equivalent) and when they cut back their weight (dint know that happened) they just drink the broth and eat meat according to the dinner ladies. When they go home cos theres no regime or canteen they say the know they will looose form and tend to always come running back to the kitchen

@lordstorm88 If I'm not mistaken I think he was saying how he'd prefer it if he could just open his stomach and put the food in instead of having to eat haha. (Not my russian skills, my friend mentioned something about it a while ago!)

@pauks3 No, it's 120 kgs. Which is ofcourse still insane the way he does it.
@IngarMaximus12 жыл бұрын
@JClebelge One 25 and one yellow each side equals 100 kg, not 120. Bar 20kg, 2 x 25 kg, 2 x 15kg, 2 x 2,5kg, 2 x 5 kg and 2 x 2,5kg collars = 120 kg.
@JClebelge12 жыл бұрын
@IngarMaximus it seem to be 140kg!! one 25 each side and 0ne 15 each side that's 120 kg with the bar but with the lighter red, blockers and 5kg white it's 140kg!! but that's insane the way he does, you right! :-)
