28:04 While reading the caption on this part a couple of days, another deadly accident occurred at NLEX Valenzuela last night (June 28) killing 8 people.

Wow, nice highways- but noticed that drivers are passing willy-nilly- on the right (a no-no) or on the left (correct). Are drivers not taught the standard, "pass on the left, cruise on the right" anymore? Just like here in the US today- crazy drivers on freeways, especially in CA.
