It’s crazy how he moves his feet/ changes positioning while punching in combination, like that, AND the shots still carry good power with them too. The fact that he can do it for 12 rounds, and also has great defense, imo makes him damn near unbeatable in his weight class.

Bivol's got Kovalev's physical strength but he also possesses very sound technique and extraordinary composure.

Bivol has great IQ, speed, footwork, stamina a lot more power than what he gets credit for. The impacts of his haymakers seem quite lethal. Very impressive how he remains disciplined in a fight rather boxing with lateral movements and using distance in maximizing his overall arsenals.

Most non fighters would say this guy just looks average what most don't realise he has fantastic fundamentals...some guys like Roy Jones reliead on athletic ability and didn't age well. Canelo will never beat guys like bivol or Mayweather or GGG because they are actually better boxers. These Russians have over 250 amateur fights. They teach fundamentals..and despite all Mayweather antics. He was always taught basic boxing fundamentals by his dad and uncle. That's why he beat Canelo. Canelo is great but he punches flat footed and throws single power shots.

itsthehouse! Valera was in survival mode most of the fight, hard to stop someone who wants to survive and Valera has never been stopped, Bivol beat his ass real good though, and it was early in his career, put that into consideration before u make that assessment

omar ali ...doesn't matter. if you can't cut the ring off and track down a scary opponent then your not gonna be able to trouble a ring genius like ward. Not to mention bivol has no inside game so Ward would simply smother and out tough him like he did froch...and as far as kovalev...sergey is bigger and better than bivol in all departments...especially the jab. I'll take ward (who beat kov twice AND BARRERA )and a kovalev who beat pascal, hopkins,cleverly, and chilemba..over bivol...ANY DAY OF THE WEEK. AND THE WEEKEND.

Ward cheats too much. Low blows. Leads with his head. Ducks below the belt and grabs the waist. Pushes and shoves as well. If you have a neutral, fair referee, Bivol, Adonis, and Beterbiev all knock out Ward relatively easily.
