I’m still here 🙋♀️ lol not that you asked, but the location of this bank was near my middle school. my best friend and I hung out there sometimes because her mom worked there. Sometimes I get thinking about times gone by and this song pops up in my head. Such a good soundtrack to the times, and a great visual memory for me. I remember one of our classmates at the time claimed she went to the set and partied with the costume guy, whoever that was, but as she was 14 at the time, I’m not so sure I believe that 😅 buuuut then again, it was Galveston in the late 90’s so who knows

When I told my elderly dad DMX had died, he had no idea who I was talking about until I played this song for him. His pale blue eyes lit up with absolute light. He loved this song but never knew who made it. DMX, you had fans of all ages and races and your legend will live on in our love for you and your music. I hate that we, the world, lost you but I pray the peace you searched for is finally yours for eternity. We love you, X.

It was a heart attack. He is in a coma now and on life support. His Lawyer said TMZ was the ones who said it was overdose that lead to heart attack but he did not overdose. Prayers that he comes out of it
