All I want for DMZ: A good map with a DYNAMIC day-night cycle. You start the match either late in the afternoon, ending at night. Or starting early in the morning and ending in the afternoon. Having a map being dark and needing NVGs to see at distance would add a whole new dimension to the game mode. They could even do certain events that only spawn during the day or night.

for me, the fog actually let me move around freely doing missions, hiding me from aggressive squads and platoons.

The fog was advertised as a dynamic event yet I haven't spent a single second without it going away lol

Ai is insane but i do like the fog as a solo stealth player it really helps i make quick escape and its alot easier to sneak up on ppl just my opinion

i bring stims as my tactical for any dmz run. its much more helpful than any tactical because you gain health regen, can immediately tactical sprint, and there should be a steady supply of from dead enemies and medicine cabinets. so if ur in a sticky situation you can get out of there

I kind of like difficult AI. I'd just prefer there being less AI. Like if there's 20 in one small area there should be 15 instead

100% agree AI need toning down but biggest issue with vondel is there's no cover or breathing space between the AI at all in some areas you just dead from all angles. Need to remove shotguns from AI in general cause they are too OP, tone down aggro range and accuracy or damage a little too. Either that or make it so all AI are neutral and only shoot when shot first.

I can deal with the fog. THE AI is WAY too good and WAY too abundant. They just keep spawning everywhere. Its like you live in constant crossfire from them

funny enough I remember my very first game having no fog, then a few days later it started to have fog and I though the weather was random like that time they added a sandstorm into Al Mazra just to later see that it was a visual bug

Side note: I use Bounce Pet hair & Lint guard mega sheets since I have 2 cats and 5 ferrets. I swear by them. Removes a ton of hair and smells amazing lol.

Pro laundry tip btw if you have problems with wrinkles on your fancy shirts and don't have an iron chuck a couple ice cubes in when you run the dryer. Works like a charm

The AI wouldn’t be so bad if you could plate through the shots, but I’ll get 3/4 of the way through the animation and get hit, canceling the plating process while I’m running to cover. Repeat until dead. So frustrating and it seems timed perfectly to screw you every time. I also think the AI should have specified spawn locations, not right behind you after you just cleared an area. I’ve actually seen em spawn right in front of me once or twice like “Wtf?! Where’d you come from?!” Anyway, great vid as always, brother. Keep up the great content

1) I personally don't mind the fog or how thick it can be at times. But I understand everyone is going to have their own opinion. 2) Totally agree the AI needs more tweaking. Too powerful, too many etc etc to infinity and it's been a problem since launch. 3) A GLARING issue for me (being a casual player) and those I play with, the 6 man teams need gotten rid of. Max of 3 is all that is needed and assimilation is still viable to solo and duo players.

An another problem is that even your teammates loot your body when you die

It's been mentioned in the comment section, but I think a Day/Night cycle would definitely breathe some new life into DMZ. Having a night cycle would completely change the atmosphere and feel of dmz with little to no effort on the developer's end.

Found your videos recently because of my dad and I just want to say that I fully agree with you on the AI. I mean they went from Stormtroopers from a Star Wars movie to those same Stormtroopers but now those Stromtroopers can actually hit something for once. Also love your vids :)

that dude in chapter 1 really did some "heavy breathing" while hes running in game

I loved day 1 with the hard core AI. I think it was a little to much for everyone for the game to be that hard. But I loved it. The AI now is well, they are strong but not like day 1. And if they tune it down more the map will get boring. I love the fog of war as well. Makes it hard for player hunters. The map is so damn small without the fog it would not be as fun. Also I solo the shit out of this map and finished my 5 GPUs after only 3 days into the season 4. The new map really helped as I was exiling with 4 gold bars and 2 gold skulls per solo game. I noticed entering solo makes the loot so much better on that map. Also you did not build that shot gun for range. I find a lot of my favorite guns like the Cronen can't keep up on that map. My favorite gun for this map is a Sakin LMG with the 150-round clip. You can mow down like 22 tier 3 bots at a time marching in on you. But after they turned it down the LOOT is not as good, and the bot fights are not as fun. I meh at this map to now because every single player I know couldn't handle the AI. Well guess what my favorite two games are. Extinction in Hardcore mode and survival from MW3 making it up to the round 60s+ only solo. I wish we had the option to enter the map in easy mode or hard mode or even Super hard mode as an option. I would literally never click easy mode ever. I would stay on whatever the hardest mode is. Also after watching a few of your videos your way better at fighting players than AI. And I am the opposite of you. I am way better at fighting AI then players. For me it is easy because they do the same thing every time. Very Predictable.

when the players asked for "dynamic" weather i think activision took that to mean permanent fog in the new map. it wouldnt be that bad if it would change from clear to foggy or even rainy or night time. also the ads can see through the fog but we cant seems like an oversight

3 times I have done the cross town mission and every time it registers but after a couple more games it is automatically unticked and needs to be done again. Hopefully they will fix it soon, as I can't progress past level 2 Phalanx.

Loochy, I love your content, especially how you format the presentation as a story, rather than just as a game play & commentary video. Anyway, agreed- tone down the A.I. A touch so we can get on with missions - it’s not all out war after all. Dynamic weather features that just stay in place for the duration of a season or only dynamic in the overall sense. Others have said already, but having a day / night cycle would help with weather as, for example, fog often occurs in the morning. Loads of bugs still too. Yesterday I encountered a game crash on PS5, then some weird world draw failure at the start of a game.

That’s how I ended up having to do the bullfrog mission. It wouldn’t count for me when I was on a team so I went in solo with an lmg, armor piercing rounds and 150 round mag. Jumped on him and he was done in one mag and 2 drill charges. About 20 seconds.

I love it actually, only thing Is when I solo missions I get wrecked every time by AI not operating teams. It's still a fresh change I haven't been back to al mazrah since

personally i find the bots way too much most of the time playing solo, I'm usually too busy with them when a team sneak up on me and its game over.

That's why u go tactical with the npc's and the overall gameplay of the new map. load in with an all in one purpose gun, stay low, and only kill when it's necessary.

I've noticed a lot of unfair play, lately..especially for soloists. I get ambushed at exfils and they just run back to the hole they came from, no reason but to take advantage of unfair 3 on 1 ambush. Sometimes, as soon as I cleared the EXFIL of bots myself, they come out and take me out. Then, asking for help, it rarely occurs! I suppose you can't report those ambushing campers? Unfair play but not against the game conduct? I find the games are more fun when it's an unknown group who adds you to theirs, even if they shot you down - maybe in that case they had mistaken you for the AI that you were in the middle of downing, yourself.

Heavy breathing is nothing compared to the random dude playing on our team that fell asleep and started snoring :D

I like both issues because it helps scrubs like me not get killed by a squad full of 9 year olds making fun of my mom. Also more than once i got to watch AI slaughter the sqaud that just killed me and stole all my loot

I came in solo with no weapons. The bots were pretty chill. Then I picked up a gun, they were chill. The I turned on my strike pack, gates of hell opened.

I love vondel. Fog can deffo be too much. But helps not get team sniped running as a solo. AI is supposed to be challenging instead of a mild annoyance

That shotgun build might use a bigger barrel and the defualt mag. Also, i am personaly a scar 556-one tap kind of guy, but shotguns seem to be a good compliment to that

Enjoy the content. AI strength, while difficult, creates a skill gap in some ways. The best way to traverse Vondel is either via water or rooftop. Dem skreets be deadly.

I personally REALLY like the fog. I think it’s a really cool addition that adds a lot of depth to the map, and I like that it’s only on vondel so you can go into a map without it. I really DONT like how cracked the ai are in general, and especially how cracked they are in the fog. They will beam you when you can’t even see them yet. They got 40/40 vision and S tier aim. Side bar, I really dislike how many shots you have to put into the armored ai. For one it’s impractical having to reload after every kill, but moreover it feels so unrealistic to me to unload half a mag into a guy and he’s still up and firing back at me
