I think, mama Effe should've taken her time with the guy, this is issue is not treated well on behalf of the guy. He took care of the first child so the family should just ask him to take care of the second child without asking him to pay any outstandings

No laws in Ghana says it’s a man’s solely duty to look after a child. It’s the responsibility of the both parents. Why are men always being forced to bear the full cost a child? Child act 1989 always talks about parents but not a father.
