I would LOVE to see you produce anywhere CLOSE to his caliber, him AND his group Machine Code could gut you in the studio, regardless of how they mix, but all of their and his mixes have been dope enough for me to not notice any wrecks or mistakes. +Kimonimo Battazzello his mixes have a personal touch... i mean... why is it that when someone tries to do something innovative someone has to disparage it. No these techniques aren't expert level is anything in DJing expert level? but at least he isnt fucking about pretending to mix when most "DJs" just get so caught up in "making the mix seamless" that they mix themselves right out of the fucking thing. They might as well take a seat because they aint doing shit. Have some fun, press some buttons. Some of his beatgrid work was a little rattling though I admit haha... Dont mind the asshole in the crowd not enjoying himself. @kimonimo

CV all day. so what if he is using a different method of mixing, its still in his infancy and he gets better at it every day. he has produced 90% of the tracks he plays. not to mention all the stuff hes done with machine code. guy is unstoppable \m/

This is some set, only on the first 5 minutes but I can already tell this is going to be very enjoyable. I love how CV has just been churning out tracks left, right and centre. I agree with Noisia, as said in their Radio episode that he's just doing too much, but we want him to continue doing it. Very good producer, always been a fan since I first heard Faith back in the day when I was a professional CSS player. Honestly though this is something special. Props for the set being mad.

Whats that an attempt at comedy borne of ignorance? Wtf is Raid Shadow Legends a video game? Doesn't look like he's playing a video game... He is using Serato or Traktor to mix his own tracks. So he's not posing like 90% of DJs now he's giving a unique performance for the scene.

I'm watching this awesome set again and I've watched a few other sets earlier today and I noticed this ,kids now and days are all packed together like sardines. 😂😂 Back in the day we all knew the guest Dj was up there spinning jams but we would all get our drink /smoke on, mingle with friends , and SPREAD OUT and dance our asses off. (Damn I was skinny) 😂😂 . But things have changed, it's so weird seeing them all just stand there. 😝😝

I believe that they are packed like that so they are all in frame (of video camera) right in front of the performer. They are designated dancers ...like "background" extras on a movie set. Notice they are only in that space. ..no one is on the side or behind the artist... When I DJ'd there was always several people in the booth or behind the decks ...lulz I remember barking at a local MC that I already had a low opinion of because he was stepping on records and interrupted a hand off of an E to me .. I lost the pill and then lost my shiite with him. He scurried away with his tail between his legs...

Um if I pay for a show thats what I want. not really doggin CV here always been a fan of his prods. but im a dj too so I expect people to work for it, always have, always will. what hes doing isnt exactly performing. And tbh its not exciting to watch. I love watching real dj's kill it. You can't tell me he is killing it here. Its hard to feel the dj's energy when they are nerding out looking at a computer screen never connecting with their audience. Sorry but its true.

wayside recordings I could never find the right words that would explain my opinion about CVs performance (not releases) but u did it for me. I feel the very same way...and one famous dnb DJ (AMC or someone) said, that you cant put anything in between you and your audience...thats why i dislike this / MAC+console playing...I play with decks, i know the feeling...nice track choice and it must have been great night, nevertheless

Its clear that you have never been to a live party before. If you check all the major djs that play cd aka hidden eyed katharsys audio etc etc. u barely barely see them glance at the audiance. (Way to concentrated at the mix) I am sure u are comparing him to your favourite: steve aoki and thats why ur not pleased with this
