I guess that would be confusing to me. Atheism is just a lack of belief. Are you referring to ' do all atheists think the same' when it comes to religion, or other areas as well? When it comes to religion, i think that is pretty easy... we do not believe in a God, simply because there is no proof that a God exists... so every Atheist will agree with that.. but when it comes to any other subjects we are going to be, as expected, " all over the map"

@@space.404 Can you clarify what you mean by " all the spectrums"? There is no spectrum when it comes to Atheism, we just don't think there is a God, simply because there is no proof that one exists. It also does not mean we are 100% there cannot BE a God... we just feel there is no God, simply because the evidence is severely lacking

Most of the time I don't think they hate trans people per se? More like the "transtrenders", people who are sadly very vocal and misrepresent trans people. Like 'transwomen' who actually hate women and fetishize us, think they can have their periods, like being catcalled and stuff. I think they very much misreprensent trans people and because it's what the general public sees of trans people, they associate the two...

My sister recently came out as a trans woman and our immediate family has been super supportive and so have majority of her friends and watching this warms my heart cause the more I understand how she feels, the closer I feel our relationship can be. I love her to death and watching her finally become comfortable in her skin (she's battled extreme depression her whole life) is an amazing thing and has actually inspired me to work on my own mental health.

As a ftm trans guy, i think a lot of the media about trans children is actually really bad. How does liking pink, playing with dolls and having long hair mean you’re a girl? And the same for male stereotypes. Gender dysphoria is a different thing. Trans femboys exist and trans tomboys exist.

I have had the privilege of getting to meet Gina in person and getting to know her. She is genuinely one of the nicest people I have met and she is very caring and down to earth. On top of all that, she is incredibly smart, intelligent, and politically active. I had the opportunity to meet her through a political internship a few years ago, and honestly, the way that she describes her opinions on politics and the LGBT community is something that fundamentally changed the way that I view some of politics as a whole. Her kindness and acceptance of all people can not be overstated and I am very glad to have gotten to get to know her through the years.

It’s a phase most likely. Don’t let social media fool you. Regardless of anything... know you are perfect just how you were born. You are a miracle of life. Don’t do anything you will regret later. At your phase is normal to feel confused. You are only 14/15 years. You know in 10 years you will look back at things that made you upset and you literally laugh at it- it becomes meaningless and silly. By 25 is when your brain is fully developed. Don’t rush into things. If by then you still feel the way you feel then you can take the next steps . I hope you are under counseling. And that’s helping you to navigate through your emotions

Eh? Even when I was younger I would happily conform to gender roles while still wishing I was a boy. I would still hate my female anatomy whether or not gender roles existed

But our bodies are still different and still do different things ppl could still have bodies dysmorphia. I feel roles would exist regardless at my last job all of the porter work and storage room jobs were assigned to men. None of the women felt any way at all they were strenuous assignments and it took a lot of strength to lift those items. Now they are trying to make the females do those jobs due to “equality” but it’s causing a lot of issues and they are getting hurt

An example would be say theoretically i don't like paying taxes, i might not believe we should pay them but that doesn't mean i'm gonna commit tax fraud, because we live in a society where paying taxes is necessary so i'll do it, even though i'm opposed to it morally.

I am confused. gender roles are what society think is right for a gender, for example for a girl to do some things described and broadly seen as girly. a lot of gender roles are harmful and mysoginistic and directly or indirectly make ones growth difficult. genders are what a person identifies like, not whether they do chores or any other gender role

Should’ve asked “is gender dysphoria necessary to be trans?” I’ve noticed a divide in the trans community when it comes to this question so it would’ve been interesting to hear what this group of people think.

Also people who say they don't have gender or are anything that female or male aren't trans... So why is one in the video? Trans is when someone brain function like the other sex... So people who say they don't have gender they don't belong here

Anna Mrl that’s not what being trans is. being trans is the disconnect from the gender assigned at birth, which is what dysphoria is. non binary people feel a disconnect from the gender assigned at birth, and are therefore trans

@@dominic-ir5zs you aren't assigned a gender at birth you are assigned a sex based on your genitals, it's just a medical observation. Transition means to move from one state to another so if you don't change anything or aren't changing to a defined state ie. male to female you aren't trans simple as. Are "non-binary" people invalid in their experience? No but it's not the same as being transsexual and people should stop trying to piggy back their pet project minority's issues on the flavour of the month sacred cow because all it does is muddy the water.

Alexandra Henderson nope. The APA, NHS and WHO say you don’t need dysphoria to be trans. You only need a disconnect from your birth gender. Dysphoria is distress

@@in_theMoment Being an introvert does not mean that you are socially awkward and shy. That can sometimes be the case, but being an introvert really just means that you need time to yourself after social interaction. You can't really tell the difference between introverts and extroverts just by talking with them. Most normal introverts would do fine in this situation
