I don't see how Gallagher warrants a place in the squad, brings nothing apart from a good engine and simple sideways passes. Need cover at the back, left back area a concern if Shaw not fit. Think it'll be Gordon or Rashford not both. Liked Bowen's performance running at people. The main part of the squad picks itself but 4/5 spaces up for grabs.

Both Jill Scott and Rob Green had as many centre backs in their squads as they had goalkeepers (3). Hmm 🤔 Gomez will likely make it because of his versatility across the back line. I’d pick Stones, Guehi, Gomez and Tomori, and maybe one of Colwill or Konsa.

We are stacked midfield/attack. Defensively not so much, goalkeepers we are very poor. Pickford isnt very good.

We know palmer is going to continue his chelsea form with the england squad, we saw foden play in the middle of the park and definitely not over congest the middle playing pass after pass going nowhere and we saw rashford can continue his great england form even when he isn't at his very best for united.
