So I'm right I'm I'm correct high school uniforms in Thailand The girls were skirts and a beautiful thread on their hair and the boys were shorts they look so cute by listening to these people speaking in Thai I think I picked the perfect country for me to start a new life and to do my film editing there I want to study Thailand the first thing I need to study is in Bangkok who just thought this country would be beautiful I like what the boys are wearing and I like with the girls are wearing and what's best I love the tuk-tuk rise in Thailand they're my favorite I think this country is perfect I want to do my film editing in three cultures South Korea Taiwan and of course Thailand his country is beautiful the boys are in shorts the girls are in skirts and they were cute little bangs in their hair they're so cute this country is great I pick Thailand

no, this program was self-funded, but very affordable. I think they DO offer assistance to a few students, but I missed the deadline :)

Hello! I was part of an exchange program, called Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE)! There is this program, and many similar ones available worldwide. RYE was a one-time fee that covered absolutely everything. It’s probably around $3-5k, but includes flights, housing (families you live with), monthly allowance (~$100), absolutely everything. Please do more research and find a program suitable for yourself and your budget :) I can tell you though, that paying this amount for an entire year abroad, makes it relatively cheap.

I mostly learn Thai by talking to people! It's a hard language but after you learn the alphabet, it's a lot easier~

The reasons why I think Thai is difficult are the pronunciation, grammar and you can hardly sound like a native. First, we have tones and they can make a different word ( This would be difficult for English speakers cause they won't be familiar with it) and Thai doesn't really have exact grammar, we can shuffle all the words and it still means the same. We even have more than 5 ways to say " I " I don't know much about Japanese cause I can only read Hiragana and know some words. But I speak Thai English Chinese and Korean. I'm trying to say that Thai seems to be a difficult language for a foreigner to learn. PS. Actually I'd like to learn Japanese ;D

I think around the 4/5th month I had a pretty decent grip on it. It's great you'll go in with a background!! Wish I had. Anyways, just try practicing with people and it'll become natural after time. Good luck!!!🍀

kekeke thank you!! I've been in Thailand for about 10 months now! Absolutely no knowledge beforehand and this was filmed during month 7. I'd say around the 3rd month I was already comfortable using Thai but still made many mistakes. My Thai level has progressed a lot since then and looking back, I'd strongly recommend you try and learn the alphabet as soon as possible!! Learning how to write and read a few words makes EVERYTHING so much more clear & easy!! I attended a formal 5-week course during my 8th month and feel like that really helped solidify my speech skills. สู้ๆนะ~

Usually it takes a year in advance. You get in contact with your local (sponsor) rotary club & they give you paperwork/orientation dates. It varies by location so you’d need to figure that out on your own (check their website!). Honestly every case is different and Rotary is really hit or miss, depending on country/district. I was in one of the strictest districts in Thailand and had trouble adjusting at first, but still really enjoyed the experience and was able to make the most of it. Remember that all exchanges are hard but if you’re up for a challenge, it can be fun

I would say all languages are just about practice! Learn the alphabet first, if you can. Makes it much easier to speak!

Not everyone, but most of them respect who you are especially if they are your roommates, and they know you then they would look at you like a friend. But you will make good friends in school either with girls or boys. They are friendly and it is common in Thailand to have gay or lesbian friends.

Raigan in my experience, being a ladyboy is okay but they are not allowed to dress up as women and wear the female uniform. Ladyboys must have short hair and are generally treated as males.

Not at all! They know it's a difficult language so they don't send students back for not learning. Plus, if you're in Bangkok or Chiang Mai you don't really need Thai lol

I'm on seafood diet. I see food and eat it It is a worldwide program for many different things. She is here because of RYE which means rotary youth exchange. She has gone through a program to be an exchange student. They also have other programs such as RYLA which stands for rotary youth leadership awards which kinda is a camp to teach about proper leader techniques. There isn't really an exact reply to what rotary is but they are influential worldwide with over 350 clubs. They were also responsible for eliminating polio from a huge percentage of the world. Sorry if that didn't help.
