I personally feel it's a great video which gives us a insight into what ICA officers do everyday at work.

I've visited singapore few times, but i never met this kind of friendly officer before, they are usually look quite offended and annoyed all the time... there are one time i'm with a group of uncles on a transit flight to penang, those uncles didn't know that their boarding gate were not open yet and went straight through into the sitting area, the ica lady officer just shout at them. i can still remember what she said to them cause it is quite rude and funny to me, she said "eh eh harlo harlo" and then told them to came back out... at that time i just came back from japan and the japanese immigration officer are way more polite and explain nicely to traveler if they committed any offence (although i do know that being polite it is part of their job).

Why when uniformed group officers are interviewed, it must always be Senior Officers. Junior Officers are not respected and given same honour and trust to be interviewed at lengths like this. The ones who do most legwork are all Junior Officers.

lol ICA just do 1/3 of the immigration and checkpoints process. Aetos now guard the gate, aetos also fo baggage screening, Airport SPF do the security and safety alongside SAF. Singapore Customs do their checks on items need to be tax.
