Which also hampers the wealth accumulation & growth *per capita* of those communities or families.. And on the overall demographic shift due the population growth of communities depends not only on Birth rate, rather also on migration: legal or illegal, & aslo importantly on cross religious conversion.. And same conversion ratio or percentage of different communities isn't the same..

It's not a controversy, it's a fact We Tax payers are giving high Tax and all the benefits freebies are given to people who have too many childs. Do something for Tax payers ....!!!
