I'm glad you mentioned exercise near the end of the video. If you reduce overall body fat you will have a lean jawline. Strive for a 6 pack in regards to your abs, and a defined jawline will come with it. Also, develop the muscles of your neck. The Sternocleidomastoid muscles of the neck essentially " frame " the jaw line. Low body fat and a well developed neck is what really creates the masculine square jaw look, more than doing jaw exercises. You also develop the masseter to some degree when you lift heavy weights or do hard repetitions. If you take notice of how much you tighten your jaw when you're doing any kind of hard resistance work in the gym you'll see that you're already doing " jaw exercises." Thanks for the video. @@reichwerden2041 True. But more than hair or a a beard, a strong lean and developed neck frames the jawline, and makes it appear stronger and more angular. A lean face and body are the key, but neck development makes a huge difference in the effect of a lean jaw or lantern jaw appearance.

I believe in facial exercises and have my own 3D HIFU machine. Injections for fat loss on the jawline gave me an idea of using fat loss cartridges. I'd know to use the Plasma Pen for skin tightening and remove excess skin.

I'm growing my beard right during the corona virus to a medium length (about 0.8-1 inch), and Jesus I look completely different! my jaw looks chonky, strong, bold. I think that's the best solution. Since I actually have a sharp jawline without a beard, I'm already lean, but my jaw bone itself isn't as tall, or as broad as the rest of my face. And as a long haired guy it makes me look sort of androgynous. To fix a bone requires an implant, and that's not my cup of tea. Beards FTW

Person no she doesn’t I study immunology and pharmacology at uni right now, biology is the most complex science, she may be correct by all means but she doesn’t know what she is talking about compared to an orthodontist, dentist e.g Mike or John mew. You study on field in biology you cannot study them all, it’s too complex - there is too much to learn

@Colossal Boi The tounge is a muscle made to hold up the lower part of the face. Don't ever let it relax or just "hang around" in your face. Make it do what it is made to do; support. The inner part of it should be pressed up against the roof as well. Check in the mirror to see if it's placed correctly. You will see the difference depending on how you hold the tounge. You need to be consistant through years. Remind yourself everytime you do a specific daily routine. When the tounge is placed correctly, you will be unable to breath through your mouth. Also, diet is vital. (Meaning: low body fat.)
