As a UNC alum, I’m rooting for State. Keats is a good guy and Burns is fun to watch. I know the past very well but this year is different. Did not want to see Dook win today and they didn’t.

Regardless of what happens next. This run has almost certainly helped state with future recruiting. Hopefully they can be more consistently a top team moving forward.

Living in NC for almost a year and a half now, Carolina fans definitely hate Duke a lot more than NC State! Carolina doesn't really care about the Wolfpack since the rivalry is so lopsided.

state and UNC are both part of the UNC school system. I've never ever heard a single UNC fan say they hate state more than Duke. It's even a meme among UNC fans that state wants there to be a rivalry but UNC fans only have a rivalry with duke. I was very much cheering for state during the game against duke today.
