Yes, sensible advice. Sometimes that "tareekh-pe-tareekh" can save the day and the case and spare a lot of pain later. So maybe there is a lesson to be learnt here that not all things are bad as they appear to be. They happen because of a reason and we should not jump the gun and berate the Courts for minor delays in the dispensation of justice.

You are really doing a very good job on educating people on legal and law practices..... Hats off to you.... Indian people majority of them have no or very little knowledge about judiciary.....

Everyone should watch these videos. Never ever go into court without legal representation. Listen to your lawyer and don't speak unless you consult him first. He is your advocate, your voice in the courtroom. If you don't understand what your lawyer is saying or you have an uneasy feeling that your lawyer is not defending you to the best of his ability or you feel something is off, ask permission to address the court. Don't just make an outburst. The court deserves respect and the judge is more willing to hear what you have to say if you show respect to the court. Remember, always remember, you are in the judge's house.

Thank You sir. Whenever I saw court proceedings I used wonder why the judge(when he thinks there is no merit) asks the counsel whether he wants his application to be dimissed or withdrawn. I understand that withdrawing wont hurt the merits of the case but In what senarios 'withdrawing' the application is better than getting it dismissed ?

Do police have the ultimate authority on preventive detention like the police can detain anyone or not. Sir kindly make a video on this cause many people face this harassment. In my locality, a middle-aged person also faced harassment. Police take the men with them and after two days they released him by saying they don't have any evidence.

About acceptance: Say there is an undertaking/agreement, in writing (legal document), to recieve all the monies owed to you in lumpsum, all of it, by a certain specified date in the future. If you casually accept any lesser amount prior to that date, on some pretext or the other, implies that you have modified the agreement and granted an indefinite extension! Is this true in law? If you allow anybody to merely place or deposit their personal religious object/s of a deity or a poojapot, in your premises you have granted entry, occupancy or possession of the premises! Is this true in law? Whatever the case it would seem nieve or foolish to consider even thinking about it!
