A year and a half ago, I was at my lowest weight and leanish. Not sure what happened but I gained almost all the weight back, with some muscle, but I’m disappointed at the weight I gained, but now I’ve been back in the gym grinding the last 2 months now, looking to get back, bigger and better, smaller and leaner. I went out with my friends and we all 4 did a race and me thinking me being skinny I was like yea ima win but I was the last one and one the way back half way I threw up hella bad and my homie was like Juan you could be skinny and still be unhealthy after that night I went hard at the gym and now they ask me how did I become and how did I get to my full potential of bodybuilding/ calisthenics
