दोस्तों , इस विडिओ मे मैंने अपने आँकलन के हिसाब से देहरादून की पाँच ऐसी जगह चिन्हित की है , जहा पर मै जमीन लेने से बचता हु, और बाकियों को भी सुझाव देता हु की वह भी जमीन लेने से बचे |

Hi friends, In this video, I have analysed the top five places in dehradun where we should be cautious before purchasing land in dehradun. I myself do not conceder these places and not advice others to purchase it.

Harbhazwala me aapko 16k se 22k per gaz ke beech mil sakta hai … 16k - non MDDA approved 22k - MDDA approved Agar wo area pasand nahi he , To Nathuawala tunwala side dekhe. Waha pe 27k per gaz se 29k per gaz Baaki Sauda saroli thano road bhi ek option he 20k per gaz tak ke budget me. Bas nadi ke aas paas mat lena , bahut vikraal ho jata hai waha pe barsaat me halat .aur mdda approved nahi hoga. Suddhowala me bhi 20k se 22k per gaz tak mil sakta hai, lp vilaas ke paas sainik colony me but mdda approved nahi he.
