Well I know all of it but you also need a good lens with aperture around f1.4 or f1.8 including dual native iso then you must know that a camera like Sony ZV E10 can easily perform like these expensive cameras if it is combined with a good lens. Also, the debate is not even about whether these expensive cameras are worth or not the debate is that you shouldn't tell a beginner with little to no budget that they can't have good quality videos unless they spend lakhs of rupees on a camera.

Depending on your usage, I think for a brand new mirrorless camera you must have a budget of 50-60k INR but you can always have some alternative. I used DJI Osmo pocket before this and I was really satisfied with the results it gave me.

Take an expensive camera on rent. No major cost of buying and you get to use the best equipment possible for basically free as client is paying the rental

get the r50 has evf which zve10 don't have and also better autofocus than the s5(since both evf and autofocus is important for street photography)

Indeed it is the most important thing about the camera but most high quality lenses aren't cheap either and I am here talking about things that you can learn to improve the quality of the video without spending any money. That's why they say a professional with basic equipment is far more better than a beginner with a high end equipment.

Bhai har brand ka apna fayda aur nuksaan hota hai har ek brand ki apni value hai market me Canon photo aur video dono ke liye acha hai Nikon sirf photo ke liye hi acha hai aur Sony video ke liye acha hai. Vaise Nikon market me badnaam hai log pasand nahi karte isko professionally use karna ajkal.
