@@JeffreysDharma It's him being very vague. It makes sense at the end of the day he's a business man. He doesn't want to say everything because then he wouldn't have a product to sell.

Pomodoro is bad, it unnaturally interrupts the flow of concentration. It is better to use it as the "flowmodoro": start from 00:00 and go on till you feel the flow is "broken" or you feel a bit tired, and then take a rest based on the lenght of your last flow session

15 minutes is nothing lol it'd take atleast 1.5-2hrs of continuous study to get into the flow and get anything done

People like him exist .There are some people who would invest insane amount of time into their work .Even I used to use every bit of my waking hour into something productive such as drawing ,studying ,making notes ,exercising etc,but it’s really tiresome so now I’m just trying to be effective like him .
