@@SilkyLewYea getting off of Ayton even if the return wasn’t substantial was a needed change. But I don’t think anybody, even the Suns themselves thought Grayson Allen would be a 50% 3pt shooter this year😭 that’s not gonna be sustainable and they’ll likely end up overpaying for him this offseason. He was a good pickup for them nonetheless. And Nurk has been better than Ayton probably would’ve been for them. I’m a blazers fan so I have a significantly better understanding of Ayton as a player than I did last year😂

@@Matjeeethey drafted him 10th overall 2 years ago. He shoots 25% from 3 and 4% short of EFG% for his position. He’s a subpar defender that provides practically nothing to this team. He’s just not good enough to get minutes for them. I went through this with Frank Ntilikina, and Ziaire is not better than Frank. It’s time for Memphis to give up on him.

I agree with dmills abt kat. kat can’t play the 4 again that was a horrible experiment. Trading gobert for some mid and opening up room for ant/kat to play more comfortably is wayyy better than just gobert/edwards and whoever they get for kat

Giving up a player you spent 5 first-rounders on in just one season is insanity, and Gobert is not getting you anything decent from any NBA team. They are better off keeping him, as the defense had been top 10 last season and made the playoffs

nah they should trade KAT, ant already makes up the offensive production needed and they could get a haul for a secondary star at the 4 for kat. surrounding ant with a stellar defense (elite rim protection along with elite perimeter defense with mcdaniels means no playoff fall off) is their key to contention

terrible take that’s very surface level thinking. rudy gobert still has value on the court but none on the trade market due to his absurd contract and their investment into him. kat holds value as a talent that can get you a decent haul in return that can bolster that gobert/ant tandem and potentially get them over that hump of being mid. it could potentially push them into the realm of what the jazz were with spida/gobert which would be a win for minnesota initially.

@okodo7103 I see your point, BUT in trading KAT, the draft picks you get back wouldn’t exactly be valuable pieces given the whatever team trades for KAT is probably putting themselves in position to be good during those years. Also, I think moving Rudy would be able to get them a piece or maybe even two if the opportunity arises.

Alr this vid is funny but the most recent podcast as of ( 9.26.23 ) dmilly has improved drastically man . I watch old videos like their Pictionary in Kenny apartment or just old podcast in general Ik it used to be a joke of how little knowledge he had of the nba but this podcast ( ranking top centers ) he was speaking actual knowledge, PIERRE ANDRESEN WAS AGREEING WITH DARRICK MILLER so was Kenny and Mike it’s crazy how far he has come He was speaking real facts too
