Nice, I was going to hard disagree with you on Horseshoe lol. It starts out kinda weak when you have bad gear, but when you are getting near 100% cr legendary gear it really shines!

I know it is kind of niche, but Mask of the Lark works well with Garius. He pretty much always has 2 buffs on him with his HoT and his def up. I only mention it because Garius is such a good tank that the artifact can see a lot of good use with him.

Nice tier list generally , around 50% of epic artifacts are niche and by niche i mean they are great in specific characters while do nothing or almost nothing to others , like for example Horseshoe as u explained in the video , its mediocre at best but for some heroes like most dauntless or even Auster its a great artifact. Same goes for wine , wine is best in slot for Sutha since sutha can be built with 70% crit rate due to gaining 30% additional to both battle skill and ulti but still retain 90% crit rate so she can proc her passive after that! Great video! keep them up!

My tip for Blood Prince s Bracelet level it at 8 and use it on the strongest melle damage dealer you got for Goblin. Even at 8lvl it heal like 10k plus and keep your melle alive ... i used on Lothair.

18:57 I believe chat was trying to point out that with the Banner of Oath, there was a bug so that it simply gave EVERYONE who stood next to the Banner holder a Def % boost as well. This made it very good in Vortex, Curse, AB and even Rot you could group everyone up (for Catherine Ulti for example). I never levelled it myself, so I can't confirm, but I'd be really surprised if it was still bugged (or if it was simply an urban legend all along).

How you understood it give defense to all . Animation is only on wearer.

So from my experience with it the 25% defense is a multiplier so its not like 25% defense with scales off your base its a buff that works on your total defense and the range to get the buff seems to be basically as long as you have another ally on the field the bug I think is the range

@@Joshuabeez I've wondered that as well since you can't see stats live. What does "near" actually mean? Is it just that it works until the tank is the only person alive or does someone literally need to be on a square next to them?

@@Angrybutcher They just have to start out the fight standing in one of the nine squares directly around him. You can tell because he gets a permanent defense buff icon (the permanent ones are the buffs with the extra white border around them, for any that aren't aware) when the banner works

Nah it wasn't that it gave defense to all, just that the banner wearer only had to start the round standing next to someone-if they moved away and no longer had an ally next to them, they would still keep the buff. The buff icon wasn't there the first week or so and that meant we weren't exactly sure how it worked. Once we knew it was a perma buff, it cemented the banner as being good for tanks

@@andrewchung7915 I think you're right for PvP and that it's the other way around if your focus is PvE. Skill haste is nice against mobs but makes all the difference in the arena

Trolls Heart is great against Fae, especially when you dont have enough resistance chestpieces for your team. Definatly tier A.

Would love a legendary artifact tier list. I just got my first dupe and am thinking either witches remains or the staff for garius but don’t know which is better. I have all epic artifacts

Of course pick Witch's remains. Its the most broken artifact, only with this artifact 22mln+ dmg on Chaos Shadows will become possible

I did 22 on poison, radiance, and fore without it. I have a good rally team and a garius which is why I am looking at the staff as well. Plus I pulled all ice blast epics and the second best ice blast legendary. Actually has me looking at the ice artifact that gives crazy damage to ice blast battle skills

Banner is good in the venom in season 2 if you run 2 tanks at the front, if they are no allies next to your tank the banner does nothing

They know what they are doing, made half of them trash on purpose. Its the same reason why there is so many legendary artifacts and champions. Everything is pushing you to pay and pull.

@@SkratchG No, they expire, the whole stack expires. But the timer is refreshed when getting a new stack. Definitely S tier.

I would argue that The Banner is S -Tier for Garius specifically because it increases the healing he does more than The Scarab Shield does. The Phoenix Feather is underrated and very niche in my opinion. For the Vortex Boss if you run an Invincible or immortality composition, you can take advantage of this with proper timing of presets.
