Most of those were picks made by Van Gundy & Dumars. Both of whom have horrendous track records of drafting (see Darko Milicic) Troy Weaver, so far, has drafted Cade, Ivey, Auser & Procida in 3 drafts.

Those Pistons were fantastic because the heart, courage and the defensive system they deployed... nothing of that is Melo's signature. Noting special and Im a pistons fan. Cade is gonna be great he can't shoot in this era is a massive negative. Ivey and duren are nice role players. Ausar can't shoot, Stewart is on the trade pile and isn't great. Wiseman is average at best. Livers is g league level

The saddest part is there are good teams thay have got way more talent drafting late. Thats how you get teams "rebuilding" for 10+ years. I'm so happy I'm a Heat fan.
