In Book 2, what we know so far is we thought Isamu's (us) brother has died. Most monsters we have encountered so far are part of a cult that worships Enzukai called the Kiiroibara cult. The symbol of the cult has been seen through the palace (where you meet Jikininki for the first time). Our brother (Senzai) was the one that dragged us into Rin and Mio's Minka in chapter 1. Once we escaped the Minka, we meet Nagisa for the first time, where she is guarding the entrance to Yokai Town. Senzai makes another appearance in there as a jumpscare, as well as some other harmless monsters such as Kodama, Itsumade, Kaonashi, Keneo, Gashadokuros, Tofu Kozo, and the Angels. The aggressive monsters in Yokai Town are Shosai, Takane, and Tsukiya. It is unknown if they are in this cult, but is highly likely to. Once you get the Seishin orb and give it to Keneo, he will likely sell us to Kyogi in the broken ship. Kyogi is confirmed to be in the Kiiroibarra cult, however, Hyakume and Kishin are not, but highly likely in. Kyogi then drags us underwater, where Isamu ventures into a cave. (cutscene of Enzukai getting freed by most likely Senzai) Starting Chapter 2, we get a cutscene of Senzai "stalking" us. Later, 2 Umibozus (who are also in the cult) appear to guard the palace. We meet a bunch of Jikininkis inside the palace for the first time. We also see Nuppeppo for the first time right outside the Meat Restaurant, wanting us to gather meat from Kuishinbo for the cooking section. After escaping, a bunch of Gasadokuros start chasing us out of the restaurant and into the Sea of Jealousy. We soon arrive at the kitchen after the math part where we have to cook for Zuboshi. Fast forward some parts, and we get to where we play hide and seek with Chihiro. Chihiro was a girl without any parents and wants a caring mother. Day by day, she gets jealous of other kids. One day, she prayed for a mother, when Kurayami showed up. The final part is the ship battle, where Nagisa is finally killed. (The final cutscene shows Senzai introducing us to Enzuaki, then getting our heart ripped out) I assume in chapter 3, we are either trying to get out of Jigoku or we are playing as a different character, and Isamu turns into a monster. Okay, basically, Our brother, who is thought to be dead, his human body at the very least is dead since he has a monster body, worships Enzukai, the monster that kills you at the end. Now Enzukai being the Beast of Jealousy, Senzai worships them because of being jealous. I don't know what he's jealous of, but lore writers have given off hints, and the dialogue at the end of the chapter with Senzai saying, "Stop acting like you care, it's pathetic" seems to suggest he's jealous of Isamu. Now, because Enzukai rips out your heart, and you end up in Jigoku, heck, where you're going to have to escape and probably somehow gain your life back because Enzukai ain't gonna defeat themself.

Also there’s a JIGOKU event that is still available this is the first time you can meet SHINIGAMI (death god ) in jigoku. To get the event you need to go to chapter 1 book one CONTROL) find aka manto Ok so once you enter the school Look to your left and into the corner you might find aka manto but there’s only a 36% to 35% of finding him there the JIGOKU EVENT awaits you!

Basically in the ending Enzukai Kills Isamu (MC of Book 2) and he is sent to Jigoku (Hell)

Ok what happened is that after you killed negisa the great Nure. Senzai our brother takes you to the deep again our brother is from chapter 1 jealousy and is appeared to have passed away but that’s not really the senzai the real one has been corrupted by jealousy aka ENZUKAI And is now used as a mimic now that senzai is controlled by jealousy he wants to destroy isamu aka the main character by any means necessary since jealousy over took him . Ok the person that grabbed you and ripped out your HEART is enzukai the beast of jealousy and envy it is one of the 4 beast created from the evil god . When isamu the main character died by jealousy’s hands he wakes up in jigoku aka (HELL) where the evil god rein’s supreme my theory is that you might need to escape jigoku (HELL) or make a deal with shinigami aka (death god)to let him revive you. Now for my third theory you might have a confrontation between enzukai and shinigami which is most likely not going to happen in book 2 chapter 3 so that’s what happened sorry for the entire essay.
