So this tank was actually nerfed from PC when it was ported over, and it was hit REALLY hard, too. It wasn't all that popular when it came out on Console and it definitely is an extremely rare sight these days.

WELL DONE!! I believe when Console brought the Version 4 over from PC, they nerfed the Hell out of it. Long past time for a few upgrades...

A long while ago they buffed the HP/T but nerf the Lower plate armor

they never buffed the HP/T, only increased the top speed (which was pointless without increased engine power) and increased the lower plate back up to 300 after nerfing it initially
