this is crazy i was told the ABSOLUTE opposite in regards to movement post surgery. SAME DAY post op. I was specified to walk atleast twice that day to prevent blood cloots. following days. day 2-5 postop I was also required to get outside to walk 5 times per day aswell as keeping my compression socks on 24/7 days 1-10 post op. I was up and moving about 2 hours after surgery. taking 15 min walks along the beach. the helped me PROFUSELY in my recovery as I was not in pain and could handle the walks. It also helped tire me out for better sleep and reduce cabin fever by changing my surroundings and getting fresh air.

@@neshillia because of post surgery depression no body talks about it and drs say its an easy procedure dont worry .. its not it took me 2 month to get back to work I couldn’t drive for at least 6 weeks I couldn’t go to the toilet by my self for 2 weeks it was hell 😖
