The way you talk is so comforting. There’s something about your demeanor. I don’t know how to explain it other than I don’t feel like you’re being condescending. I’m venturing into gel as a complete gel polish virgin, this was so useful. Simple things that could go unnoticed but will make a difference. It really shows what a different animal gel is to regular polish.

I’ve been attempting acrylics / gel polish at home for months now and literally 99% of the “don’t” things you covered in this video I have been doing and could never understand why my polish would run, my thumbs always peeled first (and way before any of the other nails) I could go on and on…!! Thank you so much for taking the time to make this video; you explained things so well.

I'm that client with the really deep sidewalls lol, one nail at a time for me. I'm glad Melissa said that about capping the free edge. It always destroys the shape and I personally haven't found it necessary with YN products.

Love the video so much. It really helps🥰🥰 I got war flashbacks when you take out the fuzz 🤣🤣 I remember one time a client put her hand under light. When she took it out, there's a HUGE fuzz cured in 🥲🥲🥲 she touched her clothes and got it stuck right before putting it in light. I almost cried.
