I have skirts in wardrobe ive never worn including pencil. Never had the confidence as i am a true apple shape, but seeing the different ways you have styled the skirts has given me some confidence to try a few style's ❤ thanks Marleen xx

Another very helpful video. I've seen you doing the belt on the outside of the blazer lately, but how about on the outside of a sweater that is on the outside of the skirt? Maybe instead of the tuck? Thanks for sharing all of this with us.

I'm more an hour glass shape but still have a big tummy so all of this applies. I once had a huge belt collection...moved house and never saw them again. You've inspired me to start the collection again

Thank you for the very gd ideas my problem is foot wear I've bad feet wide and shapeless most shoes don't fit I wear a lot of plain ankle boots can u suggested a footwear trick to help me wear shoes and candles which need to be low 😊

If you have bad feet first find a company that have the support you need. Personally I love Clark’s shoes. Insoles can also take you a long way as well, just make sure you get them tailored for your feet. I get mine done in my local sports shop. Then simply identify what shoes you want/can wear. To add a bit of style whilst wearing flats, go for a pointy toes. A pointy toe will elongate your foot and if you want to look a little taller at the same time, go for shoes in the same colour as your trousers. Shoes is often the hardest part to get right so it may help you to start your outfit with the shoes. Hope the helps x

Thanks for the video! I have a black velvet pleated skirt that I never wear because I can't figure out how to make it look unfrumpy! I have a short torso with big boobs and and no waist. 😥 You've given me some ideas so I want to try and make this skirt work.

Ah I’m so glad Carole. It’s often simply the styling that can be the problem. It could also be the length, something i didn’t really talk much about in the video.. so when your trying in your skirt, try placing it in different heights in your body to change the length. It may work better at a different length. X
