My twin daughters are super anxious , i have tried everything to make them feel safe and loved but it doesnt seem to change much. Also try and speak to them and get to know how they feel and what can I do to help and nothing...

My 3 year old girls has no problem with separation or dark, she loves small pools with water but is afraid of things that other toddlers are excited about: slides, swings, getting in those little remote control cars, she's afraid of climbing the stairs, prefers to go down on all fours. What can I do to help her? i really feel like she's missing out on so much stuff.

My 3 year old nephew (who lives in the guest house with his parents) doesn't want to stay here anymore. He has been previously bullied by his 19 month old cousin (who lives here). I have basically taken on the role of his bodyguard. It's affecting me too. I end up not even going to the ladies room so I can protect my nephew. Today my 3 year old nephew was brought over twice and wanted to leave right away. We explained to him the 19 month old wasn't here but he insisted on leaving. His parents know how devastating it is for him to be here, why even bring him? I love him, and as I said, I have become his bodyguard, but if he wants to be home with them, why not let him stay? The nervous breakdowns he has had break my heart!

What about a toddler that is scared of getting in any lift?? He screams bloody hell when he sees one. It’s too much! 🤦‍♀️

My grandchild is very anxious she wants her way and she talks her way out of everything with her mom she won’t go to bed on time and she’s kind of always fighting her sister constantly! Please help

Did u figure out any help or a way to deal with? My abt to be 3 yrs old is like that. He dominates me like anything. Cries out loudly for so silly things. I feel too bad n ashamed in public

How about kids with sensory processing disorder how appropriate is it to push them

+Mary Jane Love I think it is different with SPD. You want to show kids how to cope with sensory overload by giving them tools to #1 recognize when they are in sensory overload and #2 what they can do to help themselves.
