Have numerous sleeveless tops and use a short sleeve or three quarter sleeve sweater or jacket with them...and since most places are air-conditioned, I am comfortable and get lots of compliments...at 82 this works great for me.

I wear sleeveless tops, now in my late 60’s, if I’m comfortable I’m happy, I do not care if someone is thinking ‘ooh her arms are a bit flabby’. If I’m comfortable that’s all that matters

Agree! I felt shame due to my ‘bat wing’ underarms until a woman boss with a beautiful face and confident positive attitude went sleeveless and didn’t think twice that her arms were flabby! How great to be cool on a hot and humid day and be proud of who you are. Btw, I now have two awesome tattoos on my top arms that deflect attention away from their imperfection! We need more self love, self acceptance, body image love and confidence to look our best in whatever we wear. We are not our outfits, rather we make the outfit look good! 🎉🥳🤩🤙🏼❤👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼‼️

Angels, omg whoever said “the golden years” are so great. I would love to met this person. Lol I have creepy skin really badly and I have to hid my arms with mid length, oh so hot. I am not overweight and dislike my skin. Lol I have tried every moisturizer that says for creepy skin. Okay, I know creepy isn’t the correct wording but it fits!

A few years ago I started to notice in my vacation photos what not to wear, thank you for your wonderful suggestions. Funny story, my granddaughter and grand nephew were in our pool last year, and I have progressed to wear only “swim dresses” these days, my nephew asked me why I was wearing my dress in the pool😂

Old Navy has a fabulous selection of wide length crop pants. So many cute styles. I've been wearing the wide legs since the 70s. Even during the skinny jean phase. I just pair them with a classic shirt and it always looks stylish.

And thanks for this video: I am not really following trends and I never know what is in, so now I can indulge in those striped tank tops, halter tops and vests, showing off my awesome arms and shoulders, which are some of my best features 💪 Actually, when it's warmer, I only wear sleeveless everything: if I have short sleeves, I would even tuck them in so that they will leave my shoulders free. Utility skirts: I love them, they are very practical for bicycling.

I’m not quite 5’ tall. I find ankle pants in petite fit as trousers. Short waisted, a given. My motto is - just because it fits doesn’t mean you should wear it! Thankful my petite mom taught me how to wield a needle and thread, alter a pattern. Ty for your channel!

I am 5'4" and also find, happily, that cropped trousers are normal length on me 😅. Like you, I can sew and when I had a pair of leopard print velvet trousers made for amazons, I made a collar and cuffs for a denim jacket with the cutoffs

Could you please do a video on formal dresses? I have look everywhere and have not had any luck. I have a wedding to attend in July. I am a 16/18 depends on the cut. Dress not age appropriate, but weight appropriate. And there are petite ladies with long for their height legs. Cropped pants look great on them. It's all about proportions.

I love fluttery sleeves ... They cover a multitude of sins! I can't do horizontal stripes though. They always make me look bigger than am. I totally agree with you about tiered dresses or skirts ... 2 or 3 tiers is the limit! Otherwise, you look like Mabel from "Pirates of Penzance!!!"

Michigan girl here. I will have to check out that Holland store. Cropped Jeans on me go right to the ankle so I dont have to hem. Im 5'4" so all pants are just too long unless I get a petite. I both 2 pair of linen loose pants and spent a couple of hours hand sewing in a hem
