They used one choreo team from Chase me to Piri, since Dejavú the Choreographer is Hwang Soyeon, an ex Happyface (their mother company) trainee

They had the same choreographer as GFriend up until Deja Vu era. You can see similarities in styles, which is why the two groups get compared to each other a lot. Another comment has already said this, but from Deja Vu onward, they've had Hwang Sooyeon. Sooyeon has worked with Happyface in the past, as well as with many other big artists. She was also an ex-trainee, but instead of debuting, she ended up as a dancer and choreographer. Hope this info clears up some stuff. I'm enjoying the reactions! "What" usually seems to be a pretty divisive title track-people either love it or say it feels too different from their normal vibe. It's definitely one of my favorites though! And I looove Piri's choreography, too. All the pictures at the beginning are so beautiful and they're SO synchronized.

Since you finished reacting to all Nightmare arc MVs Here's a simple description of each MVs to let you understand the story more: Fly High (prequel): Jiu caught a spider in the backyard, but Yoohyeon killed it with magnifying glass which caused all of them to get cursed one by one by the Spider and became a nightmare Chase Me: a ghost hunter (Spider lady's ally) came to find and trap Dreamcatcher inside the 'book' that linked to each nightmares that the girls represent, but failed Good Night: the ghost hunter managed to trapped SuA but the members saved her by burning the page of her nightmare from the book, then trapped the guy inside the mirror afterwards.. the girls then escaped from that place and dropped the book in the forest You And I: Dreamcatcher members living together in a new home, they opened a small photo studio and mess with people's dream/nightmare by using their pictures taken there. but one day a lady came for a photo (which happend to be the Spider lady) ,the Spider lady then transformed and attacked Yoohyeon who killed her as a revenge. Jiu who caught the Spider in 'Fly High' knew what's going on and try to save Yoohyeon who are currently trapped in another realm by performing ritual, but Yoohyeon didn't make it to the portal at the end, now she trapped alone What: the rest of the Dreamcatcher now living apart in modern era, but Yoohyeon always appeared in the dream of the members as if she's calling for help ,especially Jiu.. the members expressed their confusion and eager to overcome the nightmare in the lyrics PIRI (ending): while wandering around Yoohyeon found a Piri (flute in Korean) ,with a hope to reunite with her members again she then use the Piri as an SOS call. right after she blow the Piri ,all of the members are summoned and now entered Yoohyeon's realm ,but in order to meet Yoohyeon each of them have to overcome their nightmare trials.. the members then eventually reunited at the end, trapped together in the 'Nightmare' P.s - Dreamcatcher's Japanese MV 'Breaking Out' can be used as an alternative ending as well

What and Piri are definitely two of my fav songs/videos along with Boca. Piri is really why made me an Insomnia. I love all of Siyeon’s hair styles, but blonde (long or sort) kills me. Just like I love Dami with short hair as much as I love her Boca hairstyle. Silver hair Yoohyeon is something I love. The girls rock all their various hairstyles though.

My holy trinity of DC songs are Piri, You and I, and What. Love that you reacted to two of my top three in one video. Sunny with Switch Team was the choreographer from Chase Me to Piri. From Deja Vu onward it is Hwang Sooyeon and Tapaha Dance. What suffers as a title track from the lack of variation. First dozen listens its great cause of the tempo and energy, but its too much of a good thing. Fly High and What are the only korean title tracks not written and produced by LEEZ and Ollounder.

What and Piri HIT DIFFERENT IN JAPANESE....

We, no. Around the Deja Vu period, I felt the title tracks were getting a slight generic arrangement and then February 2020 a complete curve ball in the song Scream. They are currently just using the one Choreographer and not sure how long this person has been helping them. Possibly from the Scream period.
