pile 2. i don’t usually comment on videos, especially with personal things but your videos are both relieving and terrifying in accuracy. this resonated deeply in my heart and soul. it hurts when you love someone so much, even to the detriment of yourself. they have no idea how hard it was to walk away because you don’t want them to feel given up on because you know how it feels yourself. but you can’t stay for the potential. you can understand exactly why someone is the way that they are but it still doesn’t make it okay. no one should ever have to beg for love, we are all deserving of reciprocation by simply existing. i hate that i had to walk away but as this poem says “you are the love he couldn’t give you”. letting him go allowed me to start finding myself again. i learned a lot from trying so hard to love him, like how much more i needed to love myself. i miss him a lot sometimes, he was my best friend but love isn’t supposed to make you feel confused and sad all the time. i hope he heals, even if it’s for someone else. he deserves to love and be loved, and so do i. thank you for this. 🩷

OMG PILE 1 - this hit me to the core. I broke up with someone because she kept trying to control me. She was nitpicking me and all for control, she was always making me pay for her exes mistakes. He was a narcissist that bled her dry and used her a lot. I never did any of that, i actually kept giving and giving and not receiving, so I got exhausted by it and cut her off. Wow this was spot on

#3 What he wants is an enabler and a doormat. Not my idea of love, so I left. It hurt but I'm done fooling myself about who he is. If he came back around, it would only be until he freaks out and decides it's too much and goes after another woman who is willing to go through the love bombing cycle and put up with his covert misogyny. I'm over it.

Pile 2 oh dear, it doesn't look hopeful for this connection then. 😢 I thought we may have had something but our last deep conversation confirms what you're saying. He told me he's cold, has huge walls I would never be able to understand what he'd do next! Well if that isn't a death knell to any hope of having a good relationship. I had an avoidant, more than one so really can't do that again. Just a recipe for unhappiness. He's definitely AWARE of himself, I'll give him that. But it's like " I've closed that door and it will never be opened again". 😔

Pile 1 - holy crap, Dr. V. You nailed it!!!!! She has a toxic friend who has a crush on her and she absolutely knows how toxic she is, but she refuses to let her go. She let her interfere so much in our relationship. My ex (we are all women) has a huge mother wound and she is attached to this horrible woman for that reason. I walked away for that reason and many others. Thank you for this!!

Mine is a situationship. He goes into these random retreats and instead of chasing i mirror him. When he returns he wonders why i'm also distant instead of excited to see him. At the very least, i'm happy to say that i'm neither a chaser nor a clinger. Unbeknownst to him, i have rebalanced my dopamine in his absence and no longer live "for the hit"

Pile1#wow he is divorced 2 yrs ago, still the ex gets in his head, manipulating so I said it has been enough. I broke up and he doens't want to lose me but it's me or her. And yes he is weak. I always felt that the only way for him to step up would be when I would leave.

Pile 3 and wheeeww so accurate 💯🥲 This reading really helped 😩cause we are in a disagreement right now so he’s mad and he lowkey left me on read 😬😭 but it’s like Ik he’s not over the connection because it’s a certain boundary that I made clear for him not to cross and Ik he wanted to cause I made him mad but he ddnt do it this time which I appreciate. Group 1️⃣ really resonated. Except, there’s no reason to be attached or feel stuck with the third party. She doesn’t even live in the same country lol it might even be over. But I told him out of anger to not comeback. If he came back better, after ten years of false starts, then I’d welcome him. But if it were to be the same BS, then he shouldn’t come back. Choice #3 is me...not them! 😁 It is difficult, especially when we are older - meaning dating. With more life experiences and challenges, we are more set in our ways and beliefs. In my case, it's not so much world views clashing, but clashing about adult children and exes that still have to be dealt with. Dating in 40s or 50s is so much more complicated because of those things, that it becomes more like a job interview than romance. 🙄

I understand when the Guy wants and needs help from their partner. I was married to a guy needed me to. Learn from him , he was needing a business person and to work and think about his view in his business and for growth in his business. Wife, business p partner, 55:35 mother to his children .,and children’s their sport partner also. A supportive Lover, wife, his biz partner, date him to functions involving our business. I have and open mind to expand and grow family and all.
