Understanding transcends knowledge. Understanding is where compassion arises from and is at the top of the consciousness aspect. You can not have empathy beyond sympathy for someone suffering and possibly dying if you have not suffered yourself. No you don't go thru life believing you suffer as a martyr but suffering teaches us how to connect with others in pain on the deepest levels where heart energy can connect and healing can be transmitted from there. Healing is an art. It comes from the heart of compassion. When you are connected to others you are less likely to use your power to manifest something that interferes with another's sovereignty or will. You have a respect for all life in a way that you would never harm another living being for any reason at all. Then your manifestations are from a pure and higher place. People don't want to talk much about internal purification and manifestation. Just what they want. More of a mammon perspective. Concrete jungle is very convincing and enticing. The Supramental Manifestation is something that should be considered more often than less.

Jen, I soooo understand. Some people think that because we no longer want to suffer that we don't understand others and their suffering...that's so untrue. Just because we want better doesn't mean we aren't in touch with others or that we're ungrateful. Once I started to realize this, my life improved!! And I still help others and feel compassion. Don't buy into the whole "suffering makes you stonger" narrative. There are phases that we must go through to help us evolve...however, everything happens in seasons so at some point your suffering should cease to exist. If you find yourself repeating the same cycles, it's time to change your perception and end the cycle. So...good for you! You know better! Some things aren't about growth...its about keeping you trapped. You escaped!! Continue to stand in your truth!! I'm glad you had an epiphany 💜 😌 💕

I'm an old lady. Retired for some years. I taught folks this fellows age for over 40 years. I can't say I look to this age group for wisdom. But I'm really impressed with this fellow. Whenever you pray, believe that you received it and it's yours - Mark 11:24 Those who go manifesting love manifest their own lovelessness, you manifest love when you feel loved(sorry don't know the exact written, but the meaning is same) - D H Lawrence [1885- 1930] And some great takeaways: 1. Imagine the scene by asking what would it be like if I am now the person I want to be or I have what I want? What would I think? How would I act? What would be the feeling be like? Then, begin enacting the scene. 2. Repeat it until it feels natural. 3. When you feel relieved that it's yours and have a sense of satisfaction, then go about your day knowing that it is yours and acting as if it is yours and wholly trust the universe. 4. Most people need to build their faith. Ask and believe for something that you think is truly attainable. Once you've done this a couple of times it will build your faith. Writing it down and reading it over several times a day until you have it works too, remember to write in the present.

I needed to see this . I can sometimes get side track by the littlest thing of negativity and I now know that it lowers my vibration and snow balls to my whole day . Instead I’m going to convince myself of what I want to happen with the minor inconvenience and proceed to manifesting my big goal instead of letting the minor thing be major and getting completely upset .

My son was so sick and dying and the more i prayed the sicker he got. I realized that in order to get the help he needed he had to get sicker. He was air lifted to a children's hospital and today he is healthy.

When I was younger 9-16 , I used to *Pray without ANY doubt, totally believing 💯 (or more 😌) that "GOD the Father" heard me and " it" would happen, that what I prayed for, was already mine and....it DID come forth-every time! I visualize what ever it was also (for others too). I lost the 💯% when I allowed the negative, well-meaning 🤔, passive aggressive, manipulation and even religious/church... mental and emotional influence to override my deeper thoughts and desires. I am over 60 and finally connecting with my higher power again to manifest the good, the health, the love, the generational wealth I know I deserve now. #Miracles&Blessings.... To all!

I’ve been working on this for physical healing for a while now. Visualizing and affirming. Carrying the feeling of wholeness and vibrancy with me. Feeling grateful for all things. Limiting the times I talk about the issues as much as possible. There are dark moments where I just can’t stand my symptoms and I want to just give up. Especially when it feels like I’ve been doing the work but continue to worsen physically. I continue seeing for myself a point in my life where I don’t have to talk about my physical condition or seek help outside of myself anymore. Appreciate your continued content 💜

Oshiyi, I am also working thru an illness that involves tremendous pain and isolation. In a strange way, I feel this was something that needed to happen for my growth. I do my best to see it as a gift that will ultimately lead me to greater health and overall healing. My whole life has been a healing journey and the thing I wanted most of all in my life was to heal from my trauma. I feel I am getting what I asked for even though I am very sick. This illness is forcing me to rest and be still and quiet. It is forcing me inwards. It is giving me time and space for grieving and feeling emotions I was too busy to feel. I am in a grieving process. I am being humbled. It all requires a great deal of self love and compassion. I have faith and trust the process but that ultimately this is part of the healing that I asked for. For me it is not important to ignore how painful this is and the reality of my illness. But rather trusting the process that my prayers have been answered already and allow myself to grieve and be angry and be there for myself thru it all. Just wanted to share my experience as a perspective.

Hi Oshiyl I’m sorry you are going through this.. may I ask what the illness is? Have you tried researching herbs or other natural medicine? It sounds impossible when you have physical pain but if you persevere with the positive thoughts such as just saying to yourself I am healthy and I feel better now throughout the day, but especially just before sleep and as soon as you wake I promise you that you will feel better. I have cured myself by doing this. Believe it and talk to your body you are God to your cells and they love it when you talk to them. Command your cells to heal. Watch a video by Gregg Braden where he filmed some doctors in the East somewhere and you see a woman with a tumor which dissolves in camera on the scan monitor because they are chanting together over and over “ it is done it is done for about 20 minutes because they believed it would work. Thoughts are things, imagine the disease dissolving away and feel excited about it. I thank Source or the universe for my life, my family, my nice warm bed, the food on my table, every breath and the Universe always provides. Before I knew this stuff I always had lack and not enough but it’s easy now and I am abundant all the time. Much love and blessings to you .
