Realizing that we are mortals seems to be the pinnacle step to understand reality in this generation, unfortunately, something that is so obvious is not really obvious, and we are oblivious to this fact and end up creating a mesh of confusion in life. "To be", is the ultimate goal , I hope I will "be" one day and look back and wonder why did it took so long to " be",which is supposedly be the natural state of life but distracted with everything and forgot to " be". That is death, knowing death while living is a great boon we all need to strive for, which is the reason we are here this long.

Many people may be upset by the thought that they may no longer "exist" after the body returns and Mother Nature on Mother Earth reclaims it. If we don't think about whether we "existed" before birth, we should not worry about "existence" after life. When the electricity flow through the body stops, life ends. The spirit, form of feeling which permeates everything, remains separate matter.

That was on my mind as well. So much talk about death and talking about getting ready is not necessary in my opinion. We all know we have leave when our time has come but in the mean time we should enjoy every day the best we can and Learn new things instead of preparing to die. I am disappointed in this side of sermons by Sadguru. People look up to u not for dieing but to be motivated and inspired. Please concentrate on that. We all know we have to leave when our comes, no worries!

What is there to be disappointed about? Death is not something we should try to negate and forget. Death is not something negative, it is a simple fact of life. Maybe you’re still young so you don’t want to think about it, but it’s coming for all of us, whether we’re old or young. If you’re too caught up in your own life & nonsense then you don’t want to think about death because somewhere you know that all the “important” things you’re doing are meaningless in the grand scheme of things. You know this, but you don’t want to admit this to yourself, that’s why you’re disappointed. You would rather live in your own illusion where it’s comfortable right now. Anyway, in the video Sadhguru clearly says if you learn how to live well, if you learn how to conduct this moment well, you will also die well because life happens only in moments. Nowhere is it said you cannot enjoy your life. If you cannot come to terms with death you cannot live your life totally. You will constantly think one is against the other. No, they’re both in partnership. Please watch the video fully. Sadhguru gives clarity on this better than I can in my own words 🙏

I had nde when very young due to an accident but I am old and sick interestingly death will come but not according to my selfish desires .Therefore there is so little one can say or do about the matter especially where the laws prohibit euthanasia.You can feel it is time to drop the food body but in this unenlightened time one can do so little due the current moral stupidity of of the laws governing our physical lives.I have watched too many suffering due to their inability to get appropriate pain relief or drugs to hasten death. The maddness of the unenlightened lives governing our lives should be challenged by the wise wherever and whenever possible.

If fact, every moment one is dying - many cells are perishing & many cells are born newly continuously ! Either you have not understood the video or you have not watched it. Briefly, this is what was said by Sadhguru - if you experience yourself, as you are, beyond the accumulations of body and mind you will have absolutely no issue with any aspect of life, which includes death; if you learn how to conduct this moment absolutely gracefully, you will know how to conduct the moment of death absolutely gracefully. Because what we call as life happens only in this moment. You may think about the next moment, but even that is happening in this moment. Just learn to treat this moment consciously. When the moment of death comes, you will also conduct that well. I suggest to watch the video again if anything was unclear. 🙏

Those who die a tragic or horrific death will probably suffer, those who despised their life and fate, who could not live in peace, will probably be happy that they are dying and that they will get a new body and mind. Why so much talk about death always instead of living and serving and praying and meditating etc. All of these give strength to us when the time comes. People shouldn’t spend their lives preparing for what’s inevitable. Live, love, give, forgive, enjoy (not materially or carelessly etc).

All these is not my version. Sant Tukaram, sant poodhanam, sant gyaneswar, Nandhanar, vemanna, Babaji, so many like sant sakkubai, ekkanathar, sunderdaramorthy nayanar and few other Nayanmars etc etc went alive to abode of god. In Chennai mylapore god kabaleewarar temple, sant gyanasabander raised lady poogodhai in public, from her dead body ashes. We all know based on karma, we get rebirth. Adi Sankara wrote in script vivekachudamani, if one addicted to taste and tounge eats bullging stomach, gets rebirth as pig which eats human waste tastefully. So guru misguiding us . Not in this subject, but in many subjects. God save folowers.

Sadhguru, in your last moments you should REPENT and APOLOIGIZE to your followers for being a con guru. By enriching yourself you have besmirched the many sadhus (in Sanskrit: ascetic, hermit) of the Hindu spiritual tradition from ancient times. Worse than that, you have stealthily, albeit intelligently, hidden your persevering ego, decorating it with various words of wisdom appropriated from the sages, yet presentng them to your followers as your own. Yes, Sadhguru, repent and apologise HERE in this world where it is difficult but SIMPLE to do so - because otherwise you will after death probably enter an astral world in which you will in a very protracted way be forced to face your ego. You recentla had a brain opoeration. Take that as a final warning. Repent sincerely and apoligise. THEN you will become truly holy ! Arjuna J.
