Very well said. I bought my car by making advance payment even for accessories. This was in 2010. I paid Rs.4.40 lakhs for Estilo VXI model of Maruti. The kilometer driven was 130, I asked Maruti Personnel why 130 km driven for new car. They said brought from Godown away from Chennai. Later I discovered underbody anti rust coating not given but they charged Rs.3000 for that. The sales cum Delivery guy told me underbody painting is same as Car body colour. I told him it is in black colour. The Sales guy reassured me it is body colour. I drove 50 kms, but was not convinced. So I took it to the Maruti Authorized big Service station of Popular Motors. There the Service Workshop Manager told me underbody not painted. I raised the issue with Maruti, but the Workshop Manager was a nice person he resolved all my problem by his direct supervision. I drove 50 kms without anti rust coating is my loss. I really appreciate your each video done with utmost care and concern. Good information but can be better. Taking delivery ensure your car front and back diagnoly property like scratches and repainted after that open bonnet and check out all fuel indicators in normal range like break oil steering oil and etc. Check all switch's working properly inside cabin.

One thing to add. After sales on first service please make sure ur after taking delivery from service centre the tyres are same and extra tyre is not replaced from new to old or used tyre.

Hi Gagan, I have some friends in Hyundai and I am getting the I20 Sportz in 7.55lk before GST. I can get the delivery next day. I think I will get Baleno Delta post GST for 7.8 lks. Please tell which car should I buy. I love the look of I20 but the issue is mileage. I like Baleno also but bad points are interiors are not good and body is light. Please tell if i20 is coming cheaper than baleno which car should be bought. I have very less run around 1500 km a month and mostly city travel

मैंने पिछले महीने ही कार ख़रीदी, sales person ने इतना उलझा के रख दिया था कि मैं ठीक से चेक नहीं कर पाया और घर पहुचने पर देखा गाड़ी २५०km चली हुई थी । एक बात और, जो भी डिस्काउंट की बात तय हुई थी, billing के समय उसने सारा हटा दिया ये कहते हुए की कम्पनी अब डिस्काउंट नहीं दे रही, मैंने तुरंत दूसरे शोरूम वाले से उनके सामने ही बात की उसने कहा कोई स्कीम चेंज नहीं हुई फिर भी बेशर्मों ने ₹5000 का डिस्काउंट दिया नहीं क्यूँकि मैंने उलझन में sign कर दी थी।
