While zooming in on my budgie with the camera, I noticed some tiny white bugs crawling around its eyes and nose. They are microscopic we can't see them with bare eyes. The bird appears to be extremely disturbed by them and she is not engaging in the same activities as before. Please help. About cleanliness, I clean the cage on a daily basis using a solution of neem and camphor water, yet my pets still seem to have contracted an infection despite my efforts.
