Before I asked , I looked in the video description. What launch monitor is this?

I've been working with my coach with an issue I've had for a long time which is I tend to cast the club a little at the start of the downswing. We were working on some feels to get the sensation of the chest driving the swing, and trying to open up more. Do you think this drill would be good to incorporate for that? You didn't mention the release specifically but I'm guessing the short swing wont allow the time to cast it away and it should help ingrain the right impact feels. Curious to hear your thoughts if you have any 🙏
