First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

to the people who, like me, are “starting over” in their fitness journey after a break: don’t overthink it. just move your body. it doesn’t matter if before, you could do jumping burpees and now you can do low impact. just move, and you’re already making a step in the right direction. it doesn’t matter if you feel discouraged by how your body may look or feel at this moment, just start moving again. you’re making progress. you’re doing great. much love xoxo and good luck

I tried this 4 years ago, now I’ll do it again. I’m convinced that I’ll book much progress. Starting with: 68,8 KG. Day 1: ✅ I did it, I’m exhausted. Day 2: ✅ I was very excited, I feel very motivated and energetic. Day3: ✅ Was not really feeling it today, not feeling motivated, but I’m glad I dit it! Day 4: ❌ Was really busy today, so I couldn’t.😕 Day 5: ✅ Did it together with my brother. Feel good💪 Day 6: ✅ I feel really great! After the workout I continued with some other exercises for 10 minutes. So in total I had a work out of 23 minutes. Day 7: ❌ Was too busy today. Day 8: ✅ I did this and the “get abs in 2 weeks” right after. I was absolutely exhausted, but I feel great! Day 9: ✅Omg guys I did this at 10 p.m, I insisted on doing it but I did everything but the burpees on low impact. Day 10: ✅ Done, Still sore from day 8. Day 11: ✅ Done, I weighted myself too: 67.6 KG right now! I will keep you all updated!

@@trishyashinoi5922 hey thanks for your response! So right now I’m only doing this workout in the morning, and a calorie deficit. However, I am planning on doing 2 work outs a day after day 5. So this work out (morning) and one of the belly fat burning work outs (evening/afternoon). Hope this helps!

For anyone who’s wondering if this works: YES, IT DOES! I did this exercise (this video and the abs in 2 weeks video) during the pandemic, and I lost almost 20 kg in 5 months (with a proper diet and intermittent fasting). I was 16 during that time, and I maintained it until last year. These past few months, I gained weight again, so I came back here to restart my exercise journey again!! JUST KEEP GRINDING & LETS ACHIEVE OUR BODY GOALS AGAIN! ❤️TYSM CHLOEE❤️

@@juveriyafatima8478 Hi! Ya, suree, doing two videos a day is very great for losing weight. But it depends on you actually-whether your schedule or body can handle it. What I did before, when I just started, was do 1 video a day (cuz that was what my body could handle at that time because I was a total beginner XD). Then, I gradually increase the videos I do every day once my body adjusts and gets comfortable with the exercise. This helped me increase the exercise resistance at my own pace and made me feel stronger eventually. Tho, you can also try following Chloe Ting's free full programs on her website as your exercise guide. :))

Im doing this in March 2024 Starting date : 14 /03/2024 Starting weight : 60.90 kgs Age : 19 years Day 1 : struggling to complete but completed.🎉✅ Day 2 : my full body was paining yet completed the exercise.✅ Day 3 : completed guysss✅ Day 4 : completed ....not felt as stressed as first day ✅ Day 5 : ✅ Day 6 : rest day😌😌 Day 7 : done guysss 🎉✅ Day 8 : completed guysss and without taking any break ✅ Day 9 : done ✅✅ Day 10 : ✅ Day 11 : done done done ✅✅ Day 12 : done ✅✅ Day 13 : ✅ Day 14 : completed guysss ✅✅ Final results : Weight: 58.05 kg Body structure : toned Flexibility has increased Overall very good 👍🏻 Must try ... Im currently 158 cm and weigh 65kg! + started eating clean! DAY 1 ✅: Started strong, completed the workout but not with 100% efficiency DAY 2 ✅: Completed! My whole body is sore!! didn't do the 3rd workout! DAY 3 ✅: Feeling powerful!! completed all 3 workouts with full efficiency DAY 4 ✅: Felt kinda weak but completed all 3 Workouts! DAY 5 ✅: Was supposed to be a rest day but I did 3 random workouts hehe!! DAY 6 ✅: Was feeling very low still completed 4 workouts!! DAY 7 ✅: Was kinda busy! still did two workouts + ate a lot😕 feeling great !!! not many changes externally but internally I feel amazing!!! ill keep updating..help me keep going

I was also someone reading the comments a month back. I CANNOT STRESS enough how important these are for daily motivation. It took me a whole month to get through the 2019 2 week shred. But it was the first time I've completed a program and you feel so much better mentally apart from all the other physical gains. When I got my periods i would do grow with jo for 1 hour but I had as many as 3 skip days in between from time to time last month irrespective of which channel I've followed. But despite everything I see a huge progress. First, my bloated belly is toned and I can see the outline of the abs. My arms are so much stronger, up and down planks have become my favourite. My face slimmed down, I see my collarbone again. I'm just in awe. In terms of weight loss, my starting weight was 80kg, and now I'm 77 after a month. In the last week, I also combined intermittent fasting. I would wind up dinner by 6.30 and eat again by 9 in the morning. Now I'm on to the 2021 2-week shred challenge. I'm excited, hope I can see it though. Also, I use an app called Simple to keep track of my food intake, fasting time, water intake, minutes exercised etc. It was a game-changer April 7th-80kg May 15-77 kg

Doing this challenge in 2024 (I'm following a Playlist of a few different Chloe Ting videos, but I'll comment my results here) Day 1: Exhausted, literally collapsed after the first exercise. I wanted to quit because of how bad I was at working out, but I remembered that it's only bad now because I'm still in the beginning and it'llonly get better if I commit to it. Gonna be easier on myself and keep trying 👍 managed to complete the exercise 🎉

Doing this for 2 weeks ❤ I looked rlly bloated and I felt rlly insecure about myself around other especially, since lots of people in my school are actually naturally skinny and I kept blaming my self for everything I did Diet plan : not too severe, no sugar (only natural from fruits), brown rice instead of white rice, no bread, No Fast food, No Junk food (potato chips, etc ) pasta once every week max, drink enough water, GET SLEEP! (Sometimes its rlly hard for me 😫) Progress : Day 1 : ✅ Day2 : ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4 : ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ Day 7 : ✅ Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ✅ Day 10 : ✅ Day 11 : ❌ (sick) Day 12 : ✅ Remind me to keep doing it!

Omg! I am so glad I did manage to do this routine 2 Rounds back to back in 3 weeks of working out with Chloe ting! I was struggling to do squats and lunges 3 weeks ago let alone finishing the whole workouts. With consistent efforts, we can do anything! Whoever is reading this, you got this! My wrist feels too weak doing these exercises. I tried warming up my wrist first but it still feels like it’s gonna snap. Any advice?

@@CassieTV try doing the low impact versions to put less pressure on your wrists. If that doesn't work, try building up the muscles on your arms, because it could be that you can't hold up your body weight and it's taking a toll on your wrist. Hope this helps!

I did this for two weeks, I’m telling you it works, my stamina is so much better, I did gain 2 pounds (muscle) but lost many inches. I genuinely just feel better about myself. I’m extending my challenge to four weeks now and I am going to add some other workouts on top. Keep motivated guys!!! My mentality is so much happier now :)

i am going to do ONLY THIS video for 14 days day 1: done, queen day 2: did some yoga and stretching cause i got told that it would be better to give my muscles some time to relax day 3: 8 thousand steps, but unfortunately no time for the video day 4: i did it!!!! feel sweaty but good. slay. day 5: - day 6: - (skipped day 5 and 6 cause i felt drained with study and literally didnt have any energy to do it) day 7: i did it!!! and it somehow felt a bit easier??? and i didnt use low impact for the 1st and 2nd set!!! such a slay day 8: i did it, im such a hero. however, today it felt a bit harder, like my muscles got heavier… i’ll rest tomorrow, and im going to walk a lot on day 10 day 9: so guys i had a week (maybe even 2) of rest cause of my period, and today i did two videos, like in the challenge on her website (cause it was my initial plan, to do one video for some time and then to do the challenge), and let me tell you i felt that the first video wasnt that hard as it used to be??? even though i had a week or so of rest?? maybe it is connected to my cycle im not sure but still felt better so yeah, thank you to everyone who supported me here, i’ll continue 💪

a couple of days ago i did another video, but didn’t do anything after (my leg muscles were hurt but the video was mostly about legs so i didnt like it much), and i used to see results from this programme back in 2020 so i decided to do this instead and i promise myself to do it. i was sleepy in the middle of the day but i made myself do it and i am very proud of myself!

So finally started doing this workout routine Day 1 ✅ : Started and did pretty much great. Didn't feel any pain initially but soon my muscles started hurting by evening. Day 2 ✅ : had pain around my thighs, back and arm. Skipped the last exercise in set 3. Was too tired for it Day 3 ✅ : did everything. Extremely tried. Day 4 ✅ : did everything less tired compared to other days Day 5 ✅ : did everything, took less breaks (decided not to take the rest day and continue) Day 6 ✅ : completed everything Day 7 ✅ : did everything ✨ Day 8 ✅ : done Day 9 : got my periods so only did the abs workout, as doing the entire bodyy was a bit difficult. Day 10 ✅ : did all, with minimum breaks. Day 11 ✅ : did everything. Day 12 ✅ : did everything. Felt great Day 13 ✅ : did everything. Day 14 ✅ : did everything. My opinion on this : Honestly speaking it's really great. I had lost a total of 3KG I was quite happy with it. i enjoyed doing this so much perhaps I'm gonna add it to my routine workout for even more better results in the future, to all those out there who wanna try this out; go ahead. It's totally worth it.

@@susme2888 hiii, the only change I made was cutting down of sugar, I didn't do anything else honestly. I increased my water intake. I added more fruits to my diet. And yeah I stayed consistent with it. If you want to take a step further, u could probably do a calorie deficit diet. Which will give more of a significant results.

Starting Date: March 26, 2024 (Wed) Weight: 134ibs Day 1: I almost died.. but i completed everything except those up & down planks😭 Day 2: slightly less overwhelming and i completed everything INCLUDING the up & down planks, no modifications!! and i started to take 1min breaks instead of the 10sec breaks she took :) Day 3: family issues came up, so i sidetracked🥲 definitely getting back on track tmr morning. Day 4: Felt really good to start again, especially with sore muscles😭 but that’s when it’s best to keep going! i fully completed everything, NO MODIFICATIONS🥳 and i still haven’t gotten used to those up & down planks😭

I am starting today , I am extremely un fit Day 1 : It was so hard that I took like 15 minutes break between sets 😂✅ Day 2 : still so hard but I did it ✅ Day 3 : I didn't take a break between the first 2 sets 🥺💃✅ Day 4 : I was lazy but I did it 😌✅ Day 5 : a little bit easier I didn't take any breaks , so proud 🥺✅ Day 6 : did it however I was exhausted ✅ Day 7 : ✅ Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ❌ rest day I was out the whole day but I walked alot Day 10 : ✅ So much easier, I had very bad period cramps but I did it and it reduced the pain. Day 11: ❌ Day 12 : ✅

I've struggled with my weight my whole life. I'm about to turn 30, I'm engaged to a man who finds me beautiful, but I know I'm obese.. (no really, I weigh over 200 lbs). I want to lose weight to be healthy and one day have kids, and I'm hoping that this wonderful community who supports one another with likes, comments and motivation will do the same for me. It's day 2 of this challenge for me and I had to pause to catch a breath and write this comment.
