Gather your documents
You must submit evidence clearly showing your U.S. presence for the past 10 years. Declarations alone are generally insufficient. The burden of proof is solely with the applicant. The following list of suggested documents is not all-inclusive and each application will be considered on its own merits:
Documents that can be used to prove physical presence in the United States for naturalization applications include:
👉Employment records
Paychecks, W-2s, benefit records, training completions, attendance records, union membership records, and Social Security statements
👉Academic records
School attendance reports, transcripts, and participation in organizations
👉Financial records
US bank statements, US tax returns or transcripts with US residence, house or rent payments for US residence, and US credit cards
👉Other records
Lease agreements or mortgage documents Driver’s licenses or other State IDs issued even if expired Auto insurance policies Photographs taken in the U.S. landmarks with time/date stamps Membership in U.S. organizations
Medical records Proof of medical insurance Passport stamps and Form I-94 with entry and exit records.

What about parole for employment case people who is waiting for over 10 years and have been forgotten

I legally admitted on c1d visa in feb 2013 continuously living here got married to US citizen in 2020 , we have four years old child ,my I 130 is approved sep 2023 ,still not go to next process as I can’t adjust the status here in US cuz of my c1d visa ,after this law will I be eligible to adjust status here as I’m married and 11 years living here without criminal records ??

I have an I-130 approved 3 years ago. Would it help in this case?

It depends on the facts of your case; but if you meet the requirements for Parole in Place it may be a good option for you. For instance, if you entered without a visa and you are married to a U.S. Citizen then this process would be a better than going to the consulate abroad to receive your residency. Of course, you have to meet the other requirements of Parole in Place too.
