More people on YT should be thoughtful and rational about purchases like this. It's just the common sense thing to do. I'm disappointed I often even see the opposite on YT of people trying to justify or convince us why you should buy something that isn't great 😐 buying face palettes while not liking the bronzer / highlighter...oh I can use it on my eyes😕 you have no use for a 5 gram highlighter or bronzer if you already own any eyeshadows. Or fighting to make a mediocre formula work despite paying luxury prices. Telling you a palette is great even though you don't like multiple of the shades. Or excuse cheap packaging for overpriced luxury products... We don't have to buy anything, we don't have to like anything. We don't owe a single cent to anyone 😅 and yet people are falling over themselves trying to get into the imagined good graces of the unfeeling unalive thing that is a brand....

This was SO GREAT! I have been somewhat interested in the Chanel (and Dior) single eyeshadows. This approach was SO VERY HELPFUL!! 1. No. I’m not a one and done person at all. (And I actually don’t use my single shadows very much because I tend to forget about them.) 2. The light jade and the lavender. 3. Yes, I definitely have these shades in a few different textures. I’m not sure how I expect them to be different. They are just standard pressed powders! 4. No. I doubt from a random brand they would get a second look from me 😂😂😂😂 Well…this certainly made it very clear. The Chanel (or Dior) single shadows would not be a useful, practical, or even interesting/fun purchase for me. 😂😂😂😂😂 L

Intressting way to approach the need. I really liked it. I bought the trio with Bronzer, blush and highlighter But i use all Three as eyeshadows too. I also bought the lila poudre and the topper and of course i use them as eyeshadows But Also as highlighter and blush. Yes the purple as blush! Lovely

I saw the swatches and they're pretty but average eyeshadows outside the white and green which are more transparent shifty shades. And I already own prettier or equal shifty whites. I don't know who actually has a need for a generic single shadow 🤔There's so many better single formulas out there.

These are an easy pass for me, as I’ve never loved the Chanel eyeshadow formula (at least their standard) and I prefer small palettes to singles :) Bronzer/ blush wise, I am very happy with my Hourglass palettes!

When you said, "Taupe is my favorite color" I immediately thought, "me, too!" Most of us have the type of budget that requires us to ask ourselves whether we already have a similar shadow in our collection. In my case, I did already own the old Chanel Talpa (aka taupe) single, and I used it quite a bit until it began to break down due to age. For that reason I will probably buy the new Brun Talpa -- to replace my old shadow. The sun kissed "powder" just doesn't do it for me. I am just not a person who buys blush/bronzer face palette combos, and to me this looks like the worst version of a face palette because it would be difficult to use each shade alone. Easy pass.

These single eyeshadows are $58 Australian. For that price they should be an exceptional formula but they're not. It's a big NO from me & if they had have included a cool toned face palette for fair skin with a neutral bronzer, I might have been tempted!
