If I were you, I would start with the following: Shut the pump off, check all of the water strainers on the loop make sure they are all clean, check all of the tower nozzles, make sure they aren't plugged up, make sure your tower fill is working, and that the level is set properly, make sure the condenser vessel, pumps, and piping is bled, and actually has water getting there. double check all of the isolation valves, and make sure no one left something closed from a winter service. make sure your pump is rotating the correct direction. Its likely one of the issues above, if this doesn't work, then explain the piping configuration a little more. for example: "goes from the cooling tower to the pump to the chiller then back out to the tower spray nozzles." let me know if there are any control valves, or anything else in the loop. also, is this a new or existing problem? are you tripping on flow at startup, or high head pressure?

@@TheChillerGuysHub pipe goes from cooling tower - swing valve - 90 valve - y strainer - pump case volute - 90 valve - INtake condenser centrifugal type Trane - and pipe goes OUT all of way back on top of Cooling tower. Strainer were clean, nozzle on top of tower is ok, swing valve also free of any blockage, I removed air from a pipe that goes before pump. But on a way after pump volute to condenser IN I’m not sure if I correctly bled air. Closed 90 valve (after pump) at same time another 90 valve before pump is fully open, started pump and it’s started making a pressure up to 50 psi, I opened one bolt on a pump so air in volute can escape, and opened half way valve on condenser, after that I slowly opened 90 valve on 10 percent, pressure started dropping to 20 psi and after some time gauge is showing 5-10 psi, meaning that pump not making any pressure. I think problem might be in bleeding after pump to condenser.

​@@user-fh4uq1bj9o No, typically the pump would push almost all of the air out of the condenser in that configuration. it sounds like the pump inlet isnt getting a solid column of water. is your tower fill running? is the tower located above the condenser pump, or below?

@@TheChillerGuysHub Pump is above a tower. Tower full of water, and after I started pump it should take a water continuously from tower thru swing valve to pump intake, but instead it seems like pipe becomes empty after 15 seconds ( on its way where it’s equal top level of tower to pump intake). It didn’t pull a water from tower, and tower started to overflow on ground. I’ve repeated process filling water in pipe, removing air, starting pump, and it’s shows same thing over and over (cooling tower overfilled, and pipe hollow on its way from tower water line to pump intake. Even though I’ve checked possible blockage in pipe, swing valve looks normal and operational, it’s still possible that something blocking water from getting to pump intake. Good to know that this type of system will bled the air from pump to condenser on its own, as long as pump inlet will have solid column of water.

​@@user-fh4uq1bj9o correct, with your pump located higher than the tower, to me it sounds like you just don't have a solid column of water to the pump intake. Are you able to isolate the piping from the tower and backfill the pump and the rest of the system with a garden hose, vent every bit of air you can, then try and start the pump, and open the inlet valve at the same time? If you can get a few ft of water moving, the weight of the water will sometimes be enough to push the little bit of air in the piping out and keep your pump primed. i have had jobs like this where the check valve is bad, or the pump is doing too much lift. See if you can get it online doing what i mentioned above, if that works, then test the check valve by shutting it down, you should not loose your prime, and when you shut it down, water should not be flowing back to the tower, otherwise the check valve is probably seized, or it has debris in it, holding it open.
